Temporary Overflow Post on the Previous Post about the Nine Months

I need to open up a new post on the previous post because of the 200 comment limit.  Please comment on this post in order to comment on the previous post.  Bli neder, by Monday afternoon I will have time to write a new post.  I want to comment on Daniel Greenfield's (Sultan Knish's) excellent article about the Judenrat ghetto government that Shaul HaMelekh has agreed to here in order to kick the can down the road by avoiding really tough decisions about survival and thriving in a Geulah environment.  He is just not up to the task, especially if there is no broken reed amongst the world powers to lean on.  As mentioned in the comments section of the previous post,  I will write a new post....before the release of 26 murderers (blood-thirsty savages) by the State of Israel's Judenrat in order to keep Obama and his bloodthirsty henchman, Lurch, the Ba'al Kerry happy.  There are 3 other releases of 26 murderers planned at regular intervals over the next nine months.

Sorry Shaul, there is no one amongst the five permanent members of the UN Security Council who cares whether we live, die, or thrive.  It never was their business anyway.  The Cold War kept us in good stead with the West until 1990 (5750).  We have had 23 years to learn to stand on our own with G-d's help, but as usual we will need a crash course in true independence.  Also 30 standing ovations before a joint session of the US Congress won't help you either because with the advice of Alexander Hamilton, the US Congress has very little to say about the day to day running of US foreign policy anyway according to the US Constitution.  They can declare war if the President thinks it is necessary to seek Congressional approval for an action without going first to the UNSC, but this President especially prefers the UNSC over the US Congress.  If the State Dept. or the President signs a treaty which rarely happens anymore anyway, 2/3rds of the Senate needs to approve it.  And the Congress can vote to defund something.  The power of the purse is really the only foreign policy power that the US Congress has left.  So having good friends in Congress will not help Israel in any substantial way anyway.  And there is no time left to kick the can.  Obama knows that in order to stay on as President for his 3rd, 4th, and 5th terms, he has to declare martial law before 2016.  So in 2015 he will be busy "handling" the results of destroying his own domestic economy.  So his goal for the end of 2014 is to divide Jerusalem and to make Yesha Judenrein as the world disintegrates all around us.  There is no time left to kick the can.  It is Gog UMagog now or bust.  The last thing that we need right now is a can-kicker.  And speaking like Winston Churchill is great, but it is meaningless if you are going to behave like Chamberlain.

CDG, Yerushalayim:

Reb Dov, thank you for linking to Daniel Greenfield's article. I saved it and I don't know what I will do with it yet.

More than ever I wish I knew how the Torah government is to come about. This Shabbat I printed and shared this article by Daniel Pinner, On Jewish Government (thanks once again to Devash), which presents the Torah Government idea in a way anyone who understands separation of powers can appreciate.

Speaking for myself, I would like to see this Torah government rise up right now, and maybe Mashiach will step in! What else will prevent yet another kapo-initiated disaster? If we had the courage to yell out, "Let the b!@#$%^s try!"

And I should have anticipated that you would comment there...

I have been here for less than a year so far and don't really understand how things work. But shouldn't there be a way to make a difference in public awareness? When in America before the gush Katif withdrawal I attended a demonstration by the Capitol of over 150,000 Jews. There are certainly more Jews in israel than on the east coast. Surely there are nough intelligent believing people who care to at least form a group to discuss possible ideas and actions. Israel is so small that even a few billboards strategically placed around the country on main roads would be able to give a lot of information and awareness to a lot of people that might not otherwise have it.

It doesn't have to focus on politics. It can focus on the spiritual -- the point is, why is everyone sitting in their own space feeling helpless instead of creating a Facebook group or conference call or whatever to foster awareness and change?

There are so many possible avenues. T is stunning to me that people here seem so helpless. If two million Egyptians under a totalitarian regime could sign a petition to change theiir government, can't we smart, free Jews think of something proactive to do?

The Lubavitcher rebbe said, concerning israel, that we have to completely trust in Hashem--of course, it goes without saying, after doing everything we possibly can al pi teva.

Any thoughts on this???

I do have a feeling of hopelessness. We are a tiny MO community located on the West coast. I do not consider myself M.O. but this is the shul. The majority of the congregation are liberal. Yes, they voted for Barak Obama. They think Obamacare is great. They believe in global warming. On our community email we are reminded every month not to talk about anything regarding Israel -only baby announcements, something for sale etc. This is because a few years ago I sent out information critical of the Disengagement and then later on of BHO. Nothing about Israel can be posted to the community. I'm not saying these aren't good Jews. I'm merely saying why I feel helpless in this environment when it comes to saying to the community DON'T YOU GIVE A S$%*?

The West Coast will die long before Israel dies. California is barely on life support. I am sure Washington State is not far behind. Money talks but the dollar is like the incredible shrinking balloon. When it gets below 3 here in Israel, we will play Taps for the once great US currency.

There was tremendous awareness here in Israel prior to the Disengagement. There was a tremendous Asifah at the Kotel on the 5th of Av, 5765 of over 250,000 Jews and at least another 200,000 who tried to get there. This Asifah at the Kotel was far more important than the one that banned unfiltered access to the Internet as Mets Stadium in New York. We live with real life here. If I show up with a Smartphone at a wedding in Monsey, New York, it is not important to me if someone pasuls my Eidut because I am learning something on Torah.org and I am caught red handed with Internet access. If it is important to anyone out there, be happy with your Chumrah. But trying to stop the Disengagement was a Chiyuv from the Torah. So as far as Asifahs go, I will take the one at the Kotel over the one in New York. To be honest, the Asifah in New York should have been an emergency response to living in a city and a state that grant marriage contracts to homosexuals. That would have been a far more meaningful Asifah than the one that was held.

Shifra, google "Kfar Maimon March."

(Wikipedia) The village became the site of a non-violent standoff between tens of thousands of Jewish Israeli protesters against Israel's unilateral disengagement plan and Israeli police who encircled the protesters who had started in Netivot from continuing their march to Gaza Jewish settlements.[1] The mass influx of demonstrators overloaded mobile telephone and other services in the small agricultural village.

It lasted three days and went nowhere.

Devash, thanks for quoting my entry based on my experiences though with proper citation form news and academic sources, sometimes I wonder if anyone sees my wikipedia edits on 'minor topics' :)
As we stood before the gates facing Aza for hours waiting for the rabanim to decide when to go it felt like yetziot mitzrym, I could bhave been standing at the lead of 600,000 then came the order to stand down as the yasmanikim allegedly had specific punitive orders to target women, children, and babies. The rabanim were allegedly permitting cutting of holes for bachurim to sneak out though this was probably just a consolation as we were ordered away form the gate.
Most of us blamed moatza yesha for selling out and caving to the police negotiator, you have to understand that the police and army enforcing the closure were psychologically and dialectically conditioned to see anyone fighting the disengagement as wild eyed dangerous fools, to see our Jewish military officers screaming at quiet thoughtful high school kids arrested for being in a closed military zone was shameful.

There have been some major moves today. The PA has threatened to end negotiations unless Netanyahu backtracks on the bldg. tenders that he approved earlier this week or last week. They will not show up this Wednesday for negotiations unless Netanyahu backtracks. Traditionally this is where Bibi caves. He will get a threatening phone call from Obama or Kerry over the next 36 hours to do so. At this stage because he has already made the public announcement on the approval of tenders, I am not sure what he will do. But if he miracle of miracles holds strong, the EU and Obama will call for an international conference to force Israel to accept their conditions "likely" by the last week in August. They are in a hurry to shove this down our throat, you know.

The Land of Israel Will Be Rebuilt
Ezekiel 36

36 “Son of man,[a] speak to the mountains of Israel for me. Tell them to listen to the word of the Lord! 2 Tell them that this is what the Lord God says: ‘The enemy said bad things against you. They said, Hurray! Now the ancient mountains[b] will be ours!’

3 “So speak to the mountains of Israel for me. Tell them that this is what the Lord God says: ‘The enemy destroyed your cities and attacked you from every direction. They did this so that you would belong to the other nations. Then people talked and whispered about you.’”

4 So, mountains of Israel, listen to the word of the Lord God! This is what the Lord God says to the mountains, hills, streams, valleys, empty ruins, and abandoned cities that have been looted and laughed at by the other nations around them. 5 The Lord God says, “I swear, I will let my strong feelings speak for me! I will let Edom and the other nations feel my anger. They took my land for themselves. They really had a good time when they showed how much they hated this land. They took the land for themselves, just so they could destroy it.”

6 “So say these things about the land of Israel. Speak to the mountains and to the hills, to the streams, and to the valleys. Tell them that this is what the Lord God says: ‘I will let my strong feelings and anger speak for me, because you had to suffer the insults from those nations.’”

7 So this is what the Lord God says: “I am the one making this promise! I swear that the nations around you will have to suffer for those insults.

8 “But mountains of Israel, you will grow new trees and produce fruit for my people Israel. My people will soon come back. 9 I am with you, and I will help you. People will till your soil and plant seeds in you. 10 There will be many people living on you. The whole family of Israel—all of them—will live there. The cities will have people living in them. The destroyed places will be rebuilt. 11 I will give you many people and animals, and they will grow and have many children. I will bring people to live on you as in the past. I will make it better for you than before. Then you will know that I am the Lord. 12 Yes, I will lead many people—my people, Israel—to your land. You will be their property, and you will not take away their children again.”

13 This is what the Lord God says: “Land of Israel, people say bad things to you. They say you destroyed your people. They say you took the children away from your people. 14 But you will not destroy people anymore or take away their children again.” This is what the Lord God said. 15 “I will not let those other nations insult you anymore. You will not be hurt by them anymore. You will not take the children away from your people again.” This is what the Lord God said.

Ambassador Standley listened attentively to the rabbis and thanked them for coming to present the Torah view. He said that it is hard to argue with the rabbis, since they live in Israel and feel the heat on a daily basis, while he will only be in Israel for a few years before moving on to another country.

Standley added, however, that while the Jewish people are bound by the Torah which is eternal, he and the EU are bound by international law which has not accepted laws of the Torah"...

Obama patronizes Israel (again) and threatens too - by Carl in Jerusalem

Jeffrey Goldberg reports that President Obama has decided that he - and not the democratically elected Israeli government - knows what's in Israel's best interest, and that building in E-1, which will be part of Israel even if God forbid there is ever a 'Palestinian state,' is not in Israel's best interest.

When informed about the Israeli decision, Obama, who has a famously contentious relationship with the prime minister, didn’t even bother getting angry. He told several people that this sort of behavior on Netanyahu’s part is what he has come to expect, and he suggested that he has become inured to what he sees as self-defeating policies of his Israeli counterpart.

In the weeks after the UN vote, Obama said privately and repeatedly, “Israel doesn’t know what its own best interests are.” With each new settlement announcement, in Obama’s view, Netanyahu is moving his country down a path toward near-total isolation.

And if Israel, a small state in an inhospitable region, becomes more of a pariah -- one that alienates even the affections of the U.S., its last steadfast friend -- it won’t survive. Iran poses a short-term threat to Israel’s survival; Israel’s own behavior poses a long-term one.

If most Israelis felt Obama was in our corner, there might be something about which to talk,. But we don't. Obama is obsessed with the invented 'Palestinians' - as is most of the American Left - and the average Israeli now tunes him out completely. He has zero credibility here. Most Israelis see the continued security cooperation as being foisted on Obama by the Congress and by the American people. If Obama had the choice, most Israelis believe he would long since have cut us off.

That message is reinforced by the nominations of Chuck Hagel, John 'al-Quds' Brennan and even by the nomination of John F.N. Kerry. Most Israelis see those nominations as being driven by Obama's hostility not just to Netanyahu, but to Israeli itself.

Now come the threats....

But it is in terms of American diplomatic protection -- among the Europeans and especially at the UN -- that Israel may one day soon notice a significant shift. During November’s vote on Palestine’s status, the U.S. supported Israel and asked its allies to do the same. In the end, they were joined by a total of seven other countries, including the Pacific powerhouses Palau and Micronesia.

When such an issue arises again, Israel may find itself even lonelier. It wouldn’t surprise me if the U.S. failed to whip votes the next time, or if the U.S. actually abstained. I wouldn’t be particularly surprised, either, if Obama eventually offered a public vision of what a state of Palestine should look like, and affirmed that it should have its capital in East Jerusalem.

Most Israelis won't be surprised by this. But as a practical matter, I'm not sure how much difference it will make. Will the UN send troops here to fight? Can Obama vote for such an action in the UN Security Council? Basically, he's telling us that our options are suicide now (a 'Palestinian state') or suicide later (UN action against us). Between the two, I would opt for suicide later and hope that something happens in the interim or that the world doesn't really hate Jews enough to decide that it is going to extirpate the only Western democracy in the Middle East.

What could go wrong?

Says Rabbi Nir ben Artzi (Parshat Shoftim):

The Israeli government needs to be alert and not to be enthusiastic from the meetings with the Palestinians. In the whole plan of the United States with the Palestinians, there is not a single thing for the good of Israel, it's all for American interest and the good of the Palestinians. Israeli government, don't lose direction and don't fear from anyone!

Israeli government, for thousands of years the nations wanted to wipe out the Jewish people and didn't succeed, they tried with all the most powerful forces and did not succeed. Now, they are continuing and using 'speaking softly' like Paro. They want to wipe out the people of Israel - this is not new, but a new way, yes.

Israeli government, all who are meeting with the Americans and the Palestinians are not enthusiastic from the publicity on the television and in the media, not a single thing is for the good of the Jews. The senior people in the state want to be bleeding hearts and they are blinded by the publicity in the media. All those who are occupied in discussions with the Palestinians and the Americans, they will return to themselves and won't be confused with the wrong decisions. This process does not find grace in the eyes of HKB"H! The Holy One, Blessed Be He gave the Land of Israel to the Jews to develop the state and not to begin after 40 years to make moves in which there is no good for Heaven or for the Land of Israel - horrifying the kingdom of God in the world!

8/12/2013 9:52 PM
Anonymous Meir M. said...

And Rabbi Nir ben Artzi goes on saying:

The Holy One, Blessed Be He is in great sadness, very great, over His children ready to give up on parts of the State of Israel. HKB"H guards over the whole State of Israel like the hug of a father for his child and the child rebels and doesn't appreciate the love of his father for him - this is HKB"H opposite these who were elected to the Israeli Knesset. 80% of the Palestinians are Hamas and they poisoned towards the Jews and hate the people of Israel. Right now, they're okay, but it's all one complete show, because they're thinking, chas v'shalom, to take a huge chunk from the Land of Israel. Israel didn't steal a single sliver of ground that did not belong to the people of Israel.

Prime Minister, be level-headed and not reckless, regarding the terrorists who are being released and regarding the discussions with the Palestinians. You can't turn the clock back, don't trust the Arabs who live in the State of Israel, and not the Palestinians who live outside or within Israel. All of them banded together against the Jewish state.

The EU throws international law into the trash when it comes to Israel. Forcing another country to release murderers from its prisons is contrary to international law. Forcing a country to give up its legal territory (legal under international law) is contrary to international law. Judea and Sumaria are legally part of the Jewish State under international law but were illegally taken by Transjordan (as Jordan then was then called) in an unprovoked war of aggression in 1948.

The Rabbis appealing to the EU ambassador is reminiscent of Jews appealing to the Nazis during WWII to spare Jews. The ambassador has said he will do nothing, he will say nothing. Ultimately it is we Jews who must speak up and say no.

Based on the Malbim's* interpretation of the Propeth Zechariah prophecy, the U.S. president will form a block of Christian and Islamic countries. Gog, who rules over several countries, will formulate a Christian and Islamic policy against Israel demanding control over Jerusalem. Rabbi Zamir Cohen, the chair person at " HaDiborim ", predicts that the tension between Israel and the U.S. will lead to a rift between the two followed by the Armageddon (the War of Gog and Magog). Prophecy or Fantasy?

"U.S. President Barack Obama has told several European leaders that if Israeli-Palestinian talks remain stalemated into September or October, he will convene an international summit on achieving Mideast peace, senior Israeli officials told Haaretz on Thursday. The conference would be run by the Quartet of Middle East peacemakers - the United States, European Union, United Nations and Russia - in a bid to forge a united global front for creating a Palestinian state. Obama is already readying for the possibility that the indirect Israeli-Palestinian talks might reach a dead end and is determined to exert his influence to establish a Palestinian state, the officials said. Several European leaders have vowed that the EU would support any peace plan proposed by Washington. The summit, they said, would address such core issues as borders, security arrangements, Palestinian refugees and the status of Jerusalem."

""The Alliance of civilizations" is intended to bridge the gap between Islam and the West, but already in its first year it managed to attack Israel for its operations in Gaza and Lebanon. The Bush administration boycotted the UN-supported body, but by government officials, Obama has decided to join the alliance." AP/Y-Net, 13.05.10

"…For, behold, your enemies make a tumult; and those who hate you have lifted up the head. They have taken crafty counsel against your people, and consulted against your hidden ones. They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may no longer be remembered. For they conspire together with one accord; they make an alliance against you:…" - Tehilim (Psalms) 83

Israel Forever - A Nation that Dwells Alone

How fortunate are we in our generation that deserves the return to Land of Israel, the Land of our lives. Although the return to Zion and the establishment and existence of our country has brought continues wars and struggles as was predicted by our Sages, "In the Seventh year wars and at the end of the Seventh year the Son of David arised." In wars we must know the enemy and his goals, as we learned in the IDF "know your enemy." The sons of Ishmael, namely the Arabs, do not hide their desire to destroy the State of Israel, God forbid, saying, as opposed to generation of Alexander the Great, "all is mine." Our enemies are fighting us not only by conventional warfare but also by psychological and moral warfare, when they present us as a people of occupiers, an immoral army committing war crimes. These lies are an integral part of our enemies' tactics used to weaken our strength.

The Christian world, headed by American Presidents, also believes that the Land of Israel belongs to the Arabs. It is all because they lack the understanding and knowledge possessed by Sarah and Abraham, that Land of Israel is the holiest place on earth. This is the land which G'd chose for bringing light and goodness to all mankind through the Jewish People. We, the generation of redemption, have deserved and seen before our eyes what all the righteous of previous generations did not achieve. Despite all the personal difficulties people are going through, we are amazed and surprised by how the small Israeli economy, which should have been affected by that world markets in these most difficult times with ever stumbling economies, in fact is developing and gaining strength. We are not err and say that we have been gifted with a Central Banker or talented economists. It may also be true, but all under G'd's providence as we see eye to eye how G'd lowers and diminishes the nations of the world.

Those who still do not understand or read the acts of G'd in the world, the time has come for them comprehend open their eyes. The whole world is making trembling noise and turbulence especially here where Israel is rising! They need to see the trend of change and joy the world! We are actually in the last part of the 100 meters of a long run of correcting the world and the exile of Israel.

Therefore, we and our leadership, political, spiritual and religious, must state things explicitly, clear and honest to ourselves and to all nations, and to the sons of Ishmael in particular: the Land of Israel belongs only to Israel not because we seek to dispossess the Arabs and oppress them, but rather because of the historical destiny of the People of Israel to bring light and goodness to the world and to all mankind, including the Arabs, as we did for generations and still do in accordance with G'd's promise to Abraham, of blessed memory: "I will make you a great nation and all the nations of the earth will be blessed in you" – precisely in the Land of Israel and from the Land of Israel. And in the not far future, the words of Rashi will be upheld - that also Ishmael will repent as when he set Isaac before him at the funeral of Abraham their father and thus "recognize and know everyone in the world that the God of Israel and of His Kingdom all its own."

Report: Kerry Warned PM - Successful Talks or Isolation

Columnist Jeffrey Goldberg wrote on the Bloomberg Website, Tuesday, that Secretary of State John Kerry of the United States recently warned Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu of increasing isolation in the international community.

Goldberg - a critic of Netanyahu's policies - wrote, "There are some early signs that Netanyahu is realizing the price his country may one day pay for its settlements, in particular those near Palestinian population centers. He met recently with some of Israel's leading manufacturers, who expressed their worry that their products may one day be boycotted in Europe, a worry he shares. Kerry, capitalizing on this anxiety, has warned Netanyahu in recent weeks that if the current peace talks bear no fruit, Israel may soon be facing an international delegitimization campaign -- in his words -- 'on steroids'."

Obama threatens Israel with “total isolation”

Jeffrey Goldberg claims US president said in private that Netanyahu is leading Israel down path to near-total isolation.

Barack Hussein Obama obviously want to see the end of Benjamin Netanyahu’s days as Prime Minister. Washington is doing its best to see Israel turned into a banana republic .

Obama does not know G'd. Neither does he understand Biblical Zionism. His father was a Muslim, and the son seems to embrace his fathers religion.

It is obvious for all who are not spiritual blindfolded, to see that Obama is paving the was for the final replacement Messiah, the man of lawlessness.

To be able to “make: Israel sign a “peace agreement” with Iran, Hizb”Allah and Hamas, the leadership in Jerusalem must face total isolation. Like all the Jews faced in Nazi Germany and Europe from 1936 A.D onwards.

The IDF is powerful, and can easily handle all the Arabian neighbors of the Jewish statehood. Even if the Arabs for the forth time attack Israel jointly. But to face a Global army of Obama supporters, will be to much, even for Jews living in an area a little bit lager than New York City.

The Bible explains that the Jews will face a massive betrayal. G'd will therefore take all nations down the path towards Armageddon, and bring Hell fire down on the deceived troops.

Says Rabbi Nir ben Artzi (parashas Shoftim):

"The world economy is going down to the treasury, they don't have a blessing or a fix. HKB"H cut the blessing pipeline to the Jews who live in the Diaspora and when they arrive to Eretz Yisrael, He will connect the pipeline to them. If they will delay, they will remain without a penny in the pocket - what a pity.

For the Jews who are fleeing from Europe, part to Eretz Yisrael and part to the United States, the Master of the World says: What a pity for the United States, this trap will finish you completely, afterwards, you will come to Eretz Yisrael with nothing. Come from Europe and the United States straight to Eretz Yisrael without conditions! The Holy One, Blessed Be He makes antisemitism not only in Europe, in all the world. Whoever will move to the United States is living a life of lies temporarily, in just a little bit, they will throw them out from there.

The Holy Land of Israel is defended and protected and her economy will never fall! HaKadosh Baruch Hu promises: There will be a very, very great aliyah to the Land of Israel, it already started and will begin to flow in vast quantities"!

How A Two State Solution Fulfills End Times Bible Prophecy
It Is G'd's Land, and It Will Not Be Divided

"Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep." Psalm 121:4

Whose land? Everywhere in the news today we read about the coming 'two-state' solution for peace in the Middle East. It is something that the Obama administration is pushing as hard as they
possibly can, and even some Jews are for the idea. In case you have been vacationing on Mars and
don't know what the two-state solution is, it goes a litte something like this.

The Two-State Solution

Here is the theory - The Arabs who occupy Gaza, and call themselves the 'palestinians', would be nice to the Jews if they had their own state - Palestine. So, again in theory, all the Jews would have to do to make peace is to create a state called Palestine, and let the Muslims in Gaza be free. Right? Wrong. There are a number of things wrong with this idea, not the least of which is that fact that written into the charter of the PLO (Palestinian Liberation Organization, a terrorist group), is this gem from article 22 of the offical PLO charter:

"Article 22: Zionism is a political movement organically associated with international imperialism and antagonistic to all action for liberation and to progressive movements in the world. It is racist and fanatic in its nature, aggressive, expansionist, and colonial in its aims, and fascist in its methods.

Israel is the instrument of the Zionist movement, and geographical base for world imperialism placed strategically in the midst of the Arab homeland to combat the hopes of the Arab nation for liberation, unity, and progress. Israel is a constant source of threat vis-a-vis peace in the Middle East and the whole world.

Since the liberation of Palestine will destroy the Zionist and imperialist presence and will contribute to the establishment of peace in the Middle East, the Palestinian people look for the support of all the progressive and peaceful forces and urge them all, irrespective of their affiliations and beliefs, to offer the Palestinian people all aid and support in their just struggle for the liberation their homeland." source - MFA.gov

This is just one of many articles in the PLO charter which call for an "end to Zionsim" in the Middle
East. Translation - Israel must be destroyed. The PLO in no way, shape or form recognizes the right
of Israel to exist as a nation, and actively works toward it's destruction. And yet, amazingly, people like President Obama continue to push hard for the notion that all this hatred and animosity will miraculously disappear if Israel agrees to create a Muslim state from Israeli land.

I wish I knew of some high-brow, intellectual way to say it, but in plain english, you would have to be a moron to think that would work. An absolute imbecile. Yet, that's where the push remains. So maybe there are other forces at work, like the fulfillment of bible prophecy. Let's look and see if there are any verses which talk about the land of Israel being "divided" and given to outsiders.

The apple of G'd's eye

In the book of Zechariah, we read an incredible passage where the LORD declares that Israel is the
'apple of His eye', and that disaster is waiting for all those who would 'plunder' her.

"I lifted up mine eyes again, and looked, and behold a man with a measuring line in his hand. Then said I, Whither goest thou? And he said unto me, To measure Jerusalem, to see what [is] the breadth thereof, and what [is] the length thereof. And, behold, the angel that talked with me went forth, and another angel went out to meet him, And said unto him, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem shall be inhabited [as] towns without walls for the multitude of men and cattle therein: For I, saith the LORD, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her. Ho, ho, [come forth], and flee from the land of the north, saith the LORD: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, saith the LORD. Deliver thyself, O Zion, that dwellest [with] the daughter of Babylon. For thus saith the LORD of hosts; After the glory hath he sent me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye. " Zechariah 2:1-8

The bible says that when you mess with Israel, you mess with G'd Himself!

G'd continues this theme in the book of Joel where He talks about those who would dare to "part
my land"...evidentally, G'd foresaw this mad rush by political leaders living in the end times to divide up the land of Israel and take it for themselves and their own purposes -

"For, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and [for] my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land." Joel 3: 1,2

But the what I want you to see here is exactly Who claims ultimate ownership of the land of Israel.

I will give you a clue - it's not the Jews, and it is certainly not the Muslims. It is Almighty G'd who says that it is His land, and He alone will make the final decision on who gets it. True, He has given it to Israel for an 'everlasting possesion' but even Israel cannot give it away. But the fact that the two-state solution is on the verge of becoming a reality is a sign that end times bible prophecy is being fulfilled! Of course, the result of this will be terrible Judgment from G'd, but fulfilled it will be nonetheless.

A wake-up call is coming for Obama and Company

President Obama is making it a centerpiece of his administration to solve the Iranian nuke crisis to
give Israeli land to the palestinians for a creation of their soon-to-be-announced state of Palestine. Towards that end he, upgraded the status of the PLO embassy to 'delegate general'.

This means that the PLO, a terrorist organization, now has rights normally given to actual nations representatives like diplomatic immunity and the right to fly their flag over their embassy in Washington. White House spokesman Thomas Vietor said this about the move -

"When asked to comment on the move, White House spokesman Thomas Vietor said, "This decision reflects our confidence that through direct negotiations, we can help achieve a two-state solution with an independent and viable Palestine living side by side with Israel. We should begin preparing for that outcome now, as we continue to work with the Palestinian people on behalf of a better future."

Rabin and Sharon found this Truth out the hard way

Let me speak prophetically here now, and tell you that when Obama succeeds in "dividing the land"
to give it to the palestinians, that a world of hurt is going to fall from the sky. The bible clearly says
that God does not want a two-state solution where His holy land Israel is concerned. The dividing
of Israel will trigger end times events on a scale heretofore not witnessed. Consider these events
when people attempted to divide up Israel for "peace':

The assassination of Yitzhak Rabin took place on November 4, 1995 (12th of Cheshvan, 5756 on the Hebrew Calendar) at 21:30, at the end of a rally in support of the Oslo Accords at the Kings of Israel Square in Tel Aviv. The assassin, Yigal Amir, a right-wing religious Zionist strenuously opposed Rabin's peace initiative and particularly the signing of the Oslo Accords.

Israel has marked the fourth anniversary of former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's coma after a massive stroke. Mr Sharon, 81, has been in a coma since 2006 and is currently in a care facility in Ra'anana, outside Tel Aviv. He suffered a stroke several months after the Israeli withdrawal from Gaza. He was elected Prime Minister in 2001 as head of Likud, but abandoned his old party after making enemies when he backed the withdrawal from Gaza. He formed new party Kadima to run in the 2006 elections. The popular leader seemed destined for re-election with his new party when he suffered a severe brain haemorrhage. source - Jewish Chronicle

The common link between Rabin's assasination and Sharon's coma is that in both cases these men,
who were serving as Israel's Prime Minister, each attempted to divide the land for peace and G'd simply would not allow that to happen. Hence it may be assumes that any later Israeli PM who will be tempted to cave into what must be unbelievable pressure from Obama to create a Palestinian state, may only need to look to the fate that befell his compatriots Rabin and Sharon.

It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the Living G'd, as Obama is about to find out when he divides Israel to give to the palestinians.

We are only flesh and blood. What do we understand of G'd's wisdom and ways. However, it makes you contemplate and reflect when you read the headline: "Netanyahu Recovering After Emergency Surgery"
Was that a message??? May G'd in his mercyfulness guide us and not let us hurt ourselves.

What is so obviously clear is that Netanyahu does not understand the concept of how fortunate we are to be a nation that dwells alone. He has too much CFR training to ever conceive of that conceptually, and he has none of the emunah or bitachon that even his children have. Danon seems to understand.

Anon.: We have been discussing Yinon from Psalm 72 in a previous post as one of the names for Mashiach. In Medrash Sefer Eliyahu it says: On the twentieth (day) of Ellul, the Messiah will come: his name is Yinnōn. On that same day Gabriel will descend (and) from the ninth to the tenth hour will destroy from the world ninety-two thousand people.

The 20th day of Ellul in a normal year is exactly 271 days after the 15th of Kislev, the length of pregnancy according to the Gemorrah in Niddah. This year so that this coming Yom Kippur does not fall on Saturday night/ Sunday, the previous Kislev only had 29 days forcing all the moladim for one day Rosh Chodesh to fall on the mornings of Rosh Chodesh itself. So it is possible that this year the 21st of Elul is really the 20th of Elul. So we are keeping a watch on that two day period this year (the last Monday and Tuesday in August). Call it a Geulah watch, not a prediction.

SICHA OF HARAV AHARON LICHTENSTEIN SHLIT"A

A Nation that Dwells Alone

Summarized by Zvi Shimon

Bil'am, accepting Balak's invitation, is unable to curse Israel. Instead, he actually recounts the praise and describes the noble attributes of Israel. Among these is the uniqueness and separateness of Israel amongst the nations - "Hen am levadad yishkon uvagoyim lo yitchashav," "Lo, it is a people that shall dwell alone, and shall not be reckoned among the nations" (Bemidbar 23:9).

Rashi refers us to Targum Onkelos who explains the verse as relating to the end of days. During the divine judgment at that time, Israel will not be judged along with the other nations. Rabbenu Bachya, who also understands the verse as relating to the eschatological future, goes on to explain the source of the separateness of Israel as rooted in its Torah and faith.

The reason for the interpretation of the verse in relation to future events is the future tense form of the verb "yishkon." However, there are many examples of the future tense used to indicate the present (e.g. Tehillim 126:6). It is possible to understand the words of Bil'am as referring not to the future but to the natural present condition of Jewish existence. Israel dwells both spiritually and geographically separated from the nations.

The midrash interprets the beginning of verse 9, "Ki me-rosh tzurim er'enu u-migevaot ashurenu" ("For from the top of the rocks I see him, and from the hills I behold him"), as relating to the patriarchs and matriarchs of the people of Israel. The source of Israel's singularity lies in its forebears. Pre-revelation Israel was already characterized by this separateness: Chazal explain the name "Avraham Ha-ivri" as based on Avraham's being separate from the rest of the world. The whole world was on one side of the river, and Avraham was "me-ever la-nahar," on the other side. Our forefathers' independent set of values and their ways of chesed set them apart from all peoples. So too the people of Israel are, in and of themselves, distinct from the rest of the world.

This uniqueness and separateness is all the more accentuated after God's revelation to Avraham and eventually to the whole nation of Israel. This two-dimensional separateness stemming, on the one hand, from the uniqueness of spirit of the forefathers and the people of Israel, and, on the other hand, as a consequence of God's revelation, can be seen in the double meaning of the verse, "Hashem badad yanchenu..." ("The Lord alone did lead him, and there was no strange god with Him" (Devarim 32:12). "Badad" can relate both to God as being the sole overseer and leader of Israel and also to the nature of Israel's existence as being separate from the rest of the family of nations (see Ibn Ezra, ibid.). This sense of separateness, however, is not solely on a dogmatic ideological plane. It is experienced and felt by all Jews on the existential plane. The Jew feels himself unique among the peoples. He might find himself immersed among them; however, he always feels separate from them.

The Gemara in Shabbat comments, "Ein mazal le-Yisrael." This may be understood in the context of the heavenly running of affairs on earth, in which all other nations are represented by a different angelic messenger of God while Israel is overseen directly by God himself. Alternatively, we may understand the adage as referring to the fact that Israel does not function on the basis of normal historic causality but is rather governed by a separate set of rules. Renowned historians have commented on the inexplicability of the phenomenon of Israel. According to all laws of historic causality, the people of Israel should have ceased to exist long ago.

8/13/2013 2:34 PM
Anonymous Meir M. said...

It is extremely disturbing that many in our age would try to blot out this uniqueness. This attempt is twofold. From the ideological perspective, one can hear calls for the abandonment of the "narrow" and "provincial" ways of our father and an adoption of the more universal, cosmopolitan aspects of modern culture. In addition, some of our leaders speak of a "new Middle East" in which Israel would physically assimilate and blend into the greater regional scene. This, however, is an impossibility. Israel might cooperate on a logistical, economic, pragmatic level with other nations, but its uniqueness prevents a complete integration with its neighboring countries.

This uniqueness and separateness which Bil'am describes as he peers from the hilltops overlooking the camp of Israel is the reason for his incapability to curse Israel. Israel, as a unique phenomenon, is unaffected by the curses and witchcraft of the likes of Bil'am. Its uniqueness pertains both to the present as well as to the eschatological future, both on the socio-historic, as well as the meta-historic level. "Hen am levadad yishkon u-vagoyim lo yitchashav!"

(Originally delivered on leil Shabbat Parashat Balak 5755 [1995].)

Egypt police break up pro-Mohammed Morsi march in Cairo

Egyptian police have fired tear gas to disperse crowds of supporters of detained ex-leader Mohammed Morsi during a march in central Cairo.

Security forces moved in after the pro-Morsi demonstrators clashed with crowds of their political rivals.

Witnesses said the two groups threw stones and bottles at each other, and women and children fled the scene.

Mr Morsi was deposed by army leaders in July amid huge protests. The army has since installed an interim government.

Supporters of Mr Morsi, an Islamist leader who came from the Muslim Brotherhood movement, refuse to accept the new government and insist he must be reinstated.

Tuesday's trouble began when crowds of Mr Morsi's supporters marched through an area of Cairo where many people oppose the Muslim Brotherhood.

The protesters tried to get into the Ministry of Endowments, but were forced out by police, reports say.

Local residents then taunted the protesters, and police moved in to quell the ensuing clashes.

Millions of Egyptians had protested in favour of Mr Morsi's removal, but correspondents say his ousting appears to be deepening the divisions in Egyptian society.

His supporters have set up two camps in central Cairo, where they have been holding sit-ins.

The authorities threatened to remove the camps earlier this week, but then said they would delay the plan.

Setting up courts is not just a Noachide law on the community. It is an individual directive to have moral outrage against people who break G-d's laws of common decency. An individual should desire that thieves should lose an equivalent amount of what they stole from others in addition to the original value of what they stole. In Judaism this is called keifel (double) where the thief if caught must return not just the value of what he stole, but twice the value of what he stole. It really is pure common sense. Now, when Mashiach comes if a Ben Noach takes up residence in Eretz Yisrael, every Noachide Law will incur the death penalty because of the sheer holiness of living in Eretz Yisrael. Yet, throughout the rest of the world this type of common sense will rule.

Another Noachide principle which is specifically mentioned in the Torah is that murderers should be put to death (witnesses being required to inflict the death penalty). It is part of being human. If one should intentionally shed the blood and take the life of an innocent man who is not coming to kill you, then the murderer should be put to death. It is incumbent on the individual to have the moral outrage against pre-meditated murder to be willing to put such murderers to death (again witnesses being required). When one does not have this moral outrage, that person is simply less than human or less than the reflected image of G-d and is not fit to continue to exist in the family of Man where Civilization is rooted in Noachide or Natural Law from Nature's G-d. In short, no matter how this release of 26 savages leads to Mashiach, part of what we could call Civilization died today. I will never quite look at those who approved of this quite the same way. In my mind they have lost part of their humanity forfeiting their right to even live as Noachides here in Eretz Yisrael even if they are Jews. It is as if I could see their souls, I would see misshapen beings inhabiting that Island of Dr. Moreau that I wrote about in the previous post in the comments section. What a horror flick!

And Danon is the CEO of the Likud Party. Muslim Brotherhood Claims 500 Killed in Riots

Muslim Brotherhood members claimed that the death toll in the Cairo riots has now exceeded 500. The number of people injured was estimated at 9,000 people. So far there has been no verification as to the exact number of dead or injured. Official data on events in Cairo indicate dozens of deaths. The interim Egyptian government has sent in security forces to quell protests organized by the Muslim Brotherhood against the ouster of President Mohammed Morsi. In the city of Minya, it was alleged that police fired tear gas at protesters who were said to be setting fire to a church.

The Muslim Brotherhood was founded in Egypt in 1928 and counted among its supporters such historic figures as Hajj Amin al-Husseini and Izz al-Din al-Qassam. Hamas was created out of Muslim Brotherhood groups operating in Gaza in 1987.

The interim Egyptian government is currently being led by Adly Mansour, the head of the Supreme Constitutional Court of Egypt, and Defense Minister General Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.

ISTANBUL - Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan on Wednesday called on the UN Security Council and Arab League to take immediate steps to stop a "massacre" in Egypt, saying international silence had paved the way for the Egyptian authorities' violent crackdown.

"The international community, especially the UN Security Council and Arab League, must act immediately to stop this massacre," Erdogan's office said in a statement.

By JPOST.COM STAFF

Muslim Brotherhood supporters have torched churches in Egypt in response to a violent army crackdown on pro-Morsi camps that left dozens dead, AFP cited Egyptian media reports on Wednesday.

According to the reports, protesters threw firebombs as the Mar Gergiss church in Sohag, a city with a strong Coptic Christians community.

Two more churches in the El-Menia province were also set on fire, security officials told AFP.

Deadly Egyptian clashes in Cairo spread to other cities
DEBKAfile August 14, 2013, 3:47 PM (GMT+02:00)

The Egyptian health ministry reports 56 dead, 526 injured countrywide in clashes over the Egyptian security clear-up of two fortified pro-Morsi protest camps in Cairo Wednesday. The Muslim Brother has put the figure in the thousands. The violence has spread to Alexandria, Asyut and Menia. Witnesses report security forces using machine guns, firing tear gas from helicopters and posting snipers on the rooftops to clear the larger Muslim Brotherhood camp in Nasser City after tear gas, tanks and armored bulldozers. The smaller camp in Giza was quickly dismantled earlier.

The clear-up operation was expected. The military which deposed the Muslim Brotherhood warned the Brotherhood that the camps would be cleared by force after failing to obtain a negotiated consent to voluntary dispersal.

Kochav Yakov has a peculiar status. It is closer to Newe Ya'akov and Pisgat Ze'ev than Efrat is to Gilo. As a matter of fact it is twice as close. From the Tel Tsion hill, one can see the Temple Mount, and from the Old Givah hill one can see Binyanei HaUmah next to the Central Bus Station. But the smiling piece of "blank blank" doing the negotiations could care less about any of this except her personal popularity in front of the foreign media. Yet, Netanyahu who is only worried about what Obama/Kerry thinks is far more cautious. Yet, the popularity drenched Witch of Eindor is carrying Bibi along on her leash. I have no idea what obscene perversion on her part will end up prevailing in Bibi's mind. Even a tinok sheNishba who may not be Shomer Shabbat or Shomer Kashrut is obligated in common decency enough to be able to make these distinctions between good and evil. We hold the Germans responsible in 1933 for electing Hitler into power by a plurality of 33% in Nov. of 1932 after a plurality of 37.3% in July of 1932. Inflation was hundreds if not thousands of percents with a deep Depression to boot.

In difficult but far better times 78% of American Jews vote for Obama in 2008, and a "paltry" 69% voted for him in 2012. You decide. This is all so heavy, but after the release of 26 blood-thirsty murderers yesterday just to keep Obama and Tzippy smiling, I am into heavy today. Why then did american Jews vote for Obama.

One angle comes from J Street (not a pro-Israeli government organization) who commissioned three polls to assess the American Jewish vote in 2012.

The conclusion is:

- American Jews across the country remained a strongly Democratic constituency despite tightening among many other demographic groups.

- 82% of Jews support a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. This support cuts across the partisan and denominational divides, and has remained steady since we started polling on this question over four years ago.

- Only 10% of respondents listed Israel as one of their top two voting issue priorities. American Jews continue to support Israel, but do not base their vote on it – the economy (53%), health care (32%) and social insurance programs (23%) remain the most important issues.

- Jews remain committed to preventing Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons through sanctions and diplomacy. The President’s approach is favored by 47%, while only 35% support another war in the Middle East to prevent Iran from building nuclear weapons.

Sorry, I can't give them slack on their indecent and imbecilic views. According to Pew research 89% of American Jews support abortion on demand in almost all circumstances, and 81% of American Jews support Homosexual marriages. But I got another percentage for you. 0% of the One Eternal Creator of the Universe supports either. AND THAT IS THE ONLY PERCENTAGE THAT MATTERS! Yes, Judaism is lenient on abortion in order to save the life and the long term health of the mother along with even her short term physical health in many cases..., but that is it. We are so strict with homosexuality that it falls into the category of murder and idolatry. If someone puts a gun to a man's head and tells you to have relations with another man, you say NO and accept the bullet in your head.

What may we then assume entices the American Jews to America in general and to Obama specifically? - Money, Materialism and Assimilation

Moses our teacher descended after 40 days, with the tablets of the covenant, and saw that Am Yisrael chose the calf, and idols, materialism and gold. They turned away from Moshe our teacher, from the Torah and from the Holy One – all sources of life, and chose death.

So the Master of the world is angry at and hurt by these Jews. Money and materialism is in the hands of the Other Side (sitra achra). The Creator will take everything away! They will become like newborn babies – without anything! Like a baby born into the world without anything!  Jews have been warned from history and current events, so they won't be able to complain later on. And don't say 'it won't happen to me.'

Said DAVID RUBIN in JP on
07/17/2011:

"...BUT MOST Jewish Israelis are not Jewish Americans, and that is where the difference lies. Having lived in the United States for 35 years before immigrating to Israel almost 20 years ago, I know as well as anyone that Jews are not monolithic supporters of Israel. I wish it were otherwise, and it’s painful, but as with any American voters, there is a process of prioritization that occurs when selecting presidential candidates – and for most American Jews, Israel is not at the top of the list.

In short, the litmus test determining American Jewish support is not a candidate’s position on Israel. Liberal positions on issues such as abortion, gay marriage, school prayer and health care are what determine the vote in the core of America’s Jewish community.

Obama’s confrontational positions on Israel may be problematic for many American Jews, but are easily rationalized away by Democratic talking heads, who insist that most Israelis actually support the pre- 1967 borders, even though the undoubtedly left-leaning former foreign minister Abba Eban once referred to them as “the borders of Auschwitz.”

The reality is that most American Jews, while not necessarily economic liberals, are definitely social liberals who would find it difficult to support a staunchly pro-Israel conservative candidate like Michelle Bachmann. The term “knee-jerk liberal” or “knee-jerk Democrat” certainly applies here, and while most American Jews would decry such a characterization, the facts validate its veracity. In 1980, Ronald Reagan ran against incumbent Jimmy Carter, whose anti-Israel credentials certainly rival those of Obama.

When Reagan succeeded in capturing 35% of the Jewish vote, it was considered a major accomplishment, as many independent-minded Jews for whom Israel was a highpriority issue shifted to the other side of the aisle; but the majority remained faithful to the overall Democratic agenda and rationalized away the anti-Israel feeling that Carter conveyed.

Obama is a similar case. This president, whose sympathies clearly lie with the Islamic world, is no friend of Israel. His lack of appreciation for the Israeli narrative was obvious long before his victory in 2008. It’s no coincidence that his first major foreign policy speech was given in Cairo, during which he repeatedly proclaimed his deep respect for the religion of Islam. It’s also no coincidence that he bowed to King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia. Last but not least, it’s no accident that he has chosen not to visit Israel even once during his term. Ideological litmus tests aside, the time has come for American Jews who truly care about Israel to remove their rose-colored glasses and consider an alternative.

Why Do Jews Vote for Their Enemies?

8/14/2013 6:05 PM
Blogger Dov Bar-Leib said...

It is worth noting that prosperity in America was based on the Golden Calf, but the aspect of its worship that including in G-d We Trust. While 3000 Jews actually served the Calf as an idol and were killed that day for doing so, the vast majority looked to the Calf to be the place between its horns where the Shekhinah would actually dwell. Why between the horns of the Calf? because they confused Utopia and World Peace with prosperity. The adult Calf pulls the plow and gives its owner prosperity. They did not perceive a greater Utopian vision that HaShem had in mind other than prosperity. And that is why America is the Golden Calf. At one time it was a nation under G-d but its purpose for serving G-d was national prosperity which only took them to the 33rd level of purity when according to the Holy Torah on Lag B'Omer we have a Chazakah on the Mon (money) because it fell for the third time on Lag B'Omer. So the American dream has always been to ignore the remaining 17 levels because those levels are only for altruists (the ultimate friarim or suckers). In these spheres not just left wing Jews have bought into this. It permeates much of American Jewish life even in observant homes. But America has a history that needs to be reckoned with. Whenever prosperity came in direct conflict with the Will of G-d, America always chose prosperity over the Will of G-d. Over 3300 years after Matan Torah it is time to leave the American worldview for more Utopian pastures where the Shekhinah will dwell between the wings of Cherubs on the Temple Mt. and not between the horns of a Golden Calf.

Here is the first three paragraphs of Medrash Sefer Eliyahu to ponder on in order to understand the fate of Western Man and Islam, including Jews who remain in America.

‘And he lay down and fell asleep beneath a broom-shrub. Then lo, this angel touched him and said, “Get up, eat!”’ (1 Kgs 19:5). Michael, ‘the great prince’ of Israel, revealed this mystery to the prophet Elijah at Mount Carmel; (namely), the eschaton and what was scheduled to transpire at the End of Days at the end of the four empires (and) the things which would take place during the reign of the fourth ruler.

A wind from the Lord lifted me (i.e., Elijah) up and transported me to the southern part of the world, and I saw there a high place burning with fire where no creature was able to enter. Then the wind lifted me up and transported me to the eastern part of the world, and I saw there stars battling one another incessantly. Again the wind lifted me up and transported me to the western part of the world, and I saw there souls undergoing a painful judgment, each one in accordance with its deeds.

Then Michael said to me, ‘The appointed time for the End of Days will occur during the reign of a king who will be named Hrmlt (our good pal OLMERT). There are some that say that Trmyl’ (Olmert again spelled backwards. The apostrophe represents an Aleph.) will be his name. (well...was his name. Did he spend any time in jail??)

The southern part of the world is of course due south of Eretz Yisrael in Mecca. Islam is a religion which purifies only through fire (Din) and not through water (Chessed). They believe in Chessed, but their Din has no Chessed fused within it.

The Western part of the world where souls are in torment each one for its own sins. I am sure you can figure out where that might be.

I too have been angry -- since I heard about the then-upcoming release. I have hoped and prayed too many times that the thing that was announced would not happen. As Shifra said earlier, and it could be said about many other times other than the Gerush from Katif and Northern Shomron: Tremendous effort with total futility. We work hard (we get a lot of people out, a lot of people give generously to the cause, we pray tehillim, pray at the Kotel, fast, whatever) - and then our efforts go nowhere, as Devash said - they seem to have no effect.

I wonder whether it's the paradigm we have been living under - the set of underlying beliefs, theories, approaches and assumptions axiomatic to most of us, whether we are conscious of it or not. Have we so internalized the thinking of the goyim over the period of our extended exile that we cannot regard our G-dly sources, particularly those concerning Jewish national governance, as truly worthy of our love, attention, examination, study, and implementation -- not in service of whatever foreign-style ruling structure looms over us, but independent of it?

And how many are easily made ashamed of them by some mocking comment from someone totally invested in the current paradigm?

Examples: being called a warmonger because we (or someone held up to us with the direction to loathe him) wish to defend our land and completely vanquish our foe, or a bigot because we don't want to rent or sell housing to our enemy, hire him for a job, or give him water and electricity - we don't want him to be near us, period.

Just food for thought.

The problem is a SOUL problem along with a boatload of mental illness because of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder being passed on generationally from mothers who were raped by Cossacks or Russians in three successive generations. The spiritual psychosis runs very deep: an aversion to the Creator of the Universe because He has allowed so much pain and suffering to occur. Likutei Mohoran can help, but the problems spiritual and psychological are so deep that I am not sure that some people can be reached anymore to the point that they intrinsically hate everything about Jews which this evil world scorns because of the collective yetzer hara of the human race. The proof is very simple. Russian gentiles after being here for over 20 years now are more sane in their voting patterns than a large swath of Jews on the Left Coast. The Russian goyim like the conservative policies of Yisrael Beiteinu, and they vote for it in large numbers. Yet, the Jews even after being bombarded with missiles in Haifa in 2006 and tasting long range missiles in Tel Aviv during the recent Gaza War still would vote in unhealthy numbers for Labor (17 seats in the latest poll) and Meretz (12 seats) and Yeish Atid (15 seats) and even Livni (4 seats). After all the cajoling from Shamayim (Heaven) to tell us to become sane, Bayit Yehudi would only garner 17 seats in the next Knesset. Sanity is plentiful in inverse proportion to unbearable suffering. Every time some new low comes down the pike, we say, "This will cause Israelis to wise up." And while it happens in small numbers, the bulk of the LeftCoasters have an aversion to sanity and moral wisdom. Yet, the same problem exists with Ashkenazic Jews in America that exists here: an aversion to G-d in favor of belief in the ridiculous notion called "the inherent goodness of Man" Anyway Good Night.

Dov, it may be an aversion to God in some cases, but from what I have seen it's an aversion to what Judaism has been turned into. Many many Jew would turn to the Torah if it where not for the insane takanot of men that where added over the course of history and much in recent history. So though it may appear they are lost, I don't think they are, we need to clean up Judaism more in line with what Moshe intended it to become, which if he returned, would be in shock and not be able to recognise it. Quite a successful rebellion making our behavior in the Torah pale in comparison.

Baseless hatred or basic hatred, what's the difference? Hate is hate.

Have we forgotten the meaning of the ritual of the lulav? The four species are 'bound' together and waved five directions then to the heart.

Fruit and fragrance, Torah study and good deeds

Etrog, fragrance and fruit
Palm, fruit
Myrtle, fragrance
Willow, neither

It's a package deal, all or none. No matter what we think of Israel's leaders none can be excluded.

Every time I read 'HASHEM straightens the bent' it reminds me of the willow.

Isaiah 60:21
...your people all righteous; They shall inherit the land forever, The branch of My planting, The work of My hands, That I may be glorified...

It's Elul lets get it right!

The Aravah and the Lulav stands for Jews who do not do any POSITIVE commandments. Jews who would vote for an incredible evil, yes on par with a Hitler, twice that would destroy their own people in Eretz Yisrael, are NOT part of the package deal. As you said, the Etrog and the Hadas stand for Ma'asim tovim (good deeds). This refers to POSITIVE commandments only. So the absence of them in the Lulav and the Aravah refers to a lack of positive commandments only. All the Noachide laws including the one not to stand idly by while the blood of your brother is being shed (a corollary of setting up courts) is a negative commandment and is inexcusable. There are people who are qualified doing kiruv with those Jews who hate us so much that for their own popularity at work in America would sell us to the wolves. I do freely admit that I am not qualified to do kiruv with such people.

You're perfectly right - these people, who according to the Zohar, Gr"a et al. are Amalek and Erev Rav, have no place in the lulav. And probably only Moshe himself is qualified to take care of their Kiruv, as Hashem when speaking to Moshe referred to them as "your people".
BTW, there's another possible explanation for Bibi's conduct (but like you said, an explanation, not an excuse) - they probably have some dirt on him from his past and are threatening to expose him if he doesn't comply. That's how the "leaders" of the world are kept in line these days.

Kabbalist Calls for Jews to Return Home

A Kabbalist Elder in Bnei Brak told his students on Friday, Dec.21, 2012 that time is running out for Diaspora Jews to return to the Jewish State.

Rabbi Eliyahu Leon Levi of Bnei Brak

Delivering a lecture at the Kotel

Rabbi Eliyahu Leon Levi, a 73-year-old sage of Turkish Jewish descent who continues a tradition of Kabbalah from his grandfather and father, issued a passionate cry for the Jews of the United States to purchase homes in Israel and begin planning their move. He said that just like in Iran before the Shah was ousted, the Jews were prospering financially. But then suddenly everything changed, and many couldn't leave with their wealth.

"A similar scenario will occur in the USA," he warned. "Jews must leave and take their money with them. The day will come when they won't be able to leave with their wealth," he said.

The Or HaChaim (Rabbi Chaim Ben Attar) taught that the tragedies of the exile are Divine signals to prod the Jewish People to return to Israel.

Wordle: Jews Come Home to Israel

In his native Morocco, the Or HaChaim was targeted by the government, and falsely accused of things that he had no part in. He was thrown into jail on more than one occasion, and even thrown into the lions den from which he came out unharmed.

In 1738 when hunger plagued Morocco, he reached the conclusion that he must move to Israel, and he began his long journey.

In the introduction to his Torah commentary, the Or HaChaim writes:
"Those who pursued me didn't relent. I prayed for peace, but behold, enemy after enemy assaulted me, one trouble after another, until I was up to my neck in distress. I wondered from town to town, becoming a fulfillment of the verse, 'He that flees from terror, shall fall into the pit."
"And then G-d opened my eyes. I realized that the reason for these troubles and plagues was none other than to signal me to ascend to the place of the Shechina, the city which is so exalted and so dear to G-d of the world."

Note that the final straw that convinced the Or HaChaim to make aliya was the financial collapse in Morocco induced by famine. It was not a decree specifically targeting the Jews

Shilo: I is obvious from the Written Torah itself that there has to be an Oral Torah that was also give at Sinai. It says for instance in the Written Torah that Moshe taught us how to do kosher shechitah (slaughter) at Har Sinai. Yet, there is not one word in the written Torah on how to do kosher shechitah. And there is no other manual written by Moshe Rabbeinu that has been passed down as being authored by him on the subject of kosher slaughter. This is just one example of the multitude of examples where without the Oral Torah we would be lost on how to keep mitzvot. Another favorite of mine is the head tefillin being called Totafot in the Torah. Without the Talmud we would have absolutely no idea what that word means. more later.

The Root Tet Tet Pey is not a Hebrew root. The word Totef or Totefet in ancient Hebrew did not mean a thing. The root or shoresh Tet Tet Pey only appears with the word Totefot which appears as Totefot between your eyes three times in the Torah (Exodus 13:16, Deut. 6:8, Deut. 11:18) Look at it and I will continue later.

I will discuss the fascinating word Totafot later since the comment is rather an extended one dealing with the powerful veracity of the Oral Torah. I just had to make two short comments since I have basically been out all day today.

1. At least 578 dead in Egypt with hundreds of bodies remaining uncounted from violence yesterday. I have not caught up with the extent of today's violence. At least 18 Coptic Xtian churches have been destroyed with untold numbers of Xtians murdered by Muslim Brotherhood "protesters" because they are frustrated by their own death toll at the hands of the Egyptian Army whom they accuse of acting on behalf of the Xtians. This has just exploded into an event of Biblical proportions right after the first of 4 releases by Mr. Linguine Spine of 26 murderers per release. Now I won't bring up the obvious that the Name of HaShem has four letters, and the Final Redemption is with all four letter in His Name not just the First two letters of the first redemption. I will not be bringing up any Xtian motifs from their book lest I be accused of turning Yinnonism into Danonism and the 2nd Coming and the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse. The Jewish source is clear. It is the Pesach Seder where the four cups of wine are the four letters in HaShem's Name that will ultimately be expressed in full during the Final Redemption. One cannot ignore the striking proximity of the release of the first group of 26 thugs with the unleashing of a massive death toll on the nation of Egypt. At the Seder the first cup of wine corresponds to the Yud in HaShem's Name and the corresponding 10 Plagues inflicted on the nation of (drum roll) Egypt. No coincidence here unless you were Paro who was out on the links playing 18 holes of golf as untold numbers of people were dying in the nations whose govt. he helped to overthrow in order to install the Muslim Brotherhood. He truly is a Man of unspeakable lawlessness whose essence is a soul of unspeakable evil.

2. Neshama: We can't talk about the son of Gigi since he is our big endtimes military secret from Medrash Sefer Eliyahu. I realize that my original comment was picked up in an archived form and is making its rounds on the Internet. I don't think that he is El-Sisi. With the POTUS playing 18 holes of golf as Egypt was flowing with blood, I can't blame the next interim leader/ strong man from refusing to take his phone call. From what I can tell thousands could be dying in both Egypt and Syria, and Obama/Kerry will concentrate their focus on dividing Yerushalayim and throwing a couple of hundred thousand of Jews out of their homes. Neither of them seem to be even one bit interested in the flow of Arab blood in Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, and countless other places in the world. This can be expected of a man whose political career started with a fundraiser in the home of domestic terrorist superstar Bill Ayers. Ayers at one time wrote a pamphlet for the Weather Underground saying that truth and justice in America, Underground style, will only be achieved with the death of 25 million Americans. Much Ado about nothing for Obama who was trying to launch his political career or for all of Obama's informed voters about the lifetime friendships of the New Age Messiah (including again that 78% and then 69% of American Jews who so love the downtrodden and oppressed who are so so popular amongst the American people). Remember according to Occupy Wall St. 99% of the people are downtrodden and oppressed by the 1%. So American Jews are right on board with all those popular people.

I should also point out that there is a halakhic injunction that applies to the Pesach Seder which does not apply to the wine used to sanctify all the other Sabbaths and Festivals. The wine at the seder must be red. It must be the color of blood. I believe that this is to remind us of the blood of Brit Milah and the blood of the Korban Pesach. Now we see that this is also the color of the blood spilled during the Final Redemption, and this is only the beginning of cup number One. There are three cups to go.

You know in every canard there is a little bit of Truth. The most common accusation during the Middle Ages against Jews was that we mixed the blood of Xtian children with matzot during the Pesach seder. What seems to be the case is that it is HaShem, not us, who is using the motif of the Pesach Seder to bring about the Final Redemption which involves spilling the blood of the wicked in association with the 4 cups of red wine at the Seder.

Oh but wait, we will be accused ultimately of using black magic at the Seder to bring about this judgement. This was what the original accusation revolved around. Expect it to be brought up again.

Blogger Dov Bar-Leib said...

At the Seder we do take a drop of wine out of our cups for each of the ten Plagues which of course starts with Dam (blood). When we recount the miracles that will occur at the Final Redemption we take out three drops of wine again starting with Dam (blood) and ending with Aish (Fire) and Timrot Ashan (Date Palms of Smoke or Mushroom Clouds). So expect more blood then fire and then at least two mushroom clouds.

The Blood of Redemption: I believe it is the Vilna Gaon that notes that the word Bechor (Bet Khaf Reish) is filled with the number two because as everyone knows the bechor (the first born) always receives a double portion from the inheritance of his father. Bet is gematriah 2. Khaf is gematriah 20. And Reish is 200. One might think that this is Room 222 a popular television show from the early 1970s. No it is the word Bechor telling us 3 times that a first born son gets a double portion as his inheritance. So let us look at the word Dam (Dalet Mem). This time we see the number 44 (Dalet=4 and Mem=40). I think that this might be the secret of the release of 4x26= 104 bloodthirsty murderers. The Blood from Yo'el chapter 3 must be repeated four fold in order to bring judgement on the world.

Blogger Dov Bar-Leib said...

And the judgement during these nine months which began with the first prisoner release will be Dam (blood).

The Aish (Fire) and the Date Palms of Smoke will follow. It seems that for each release of blood-thirsty savages here for Piece talks, the world will find itself chest deep in blood. This is not the pleasant Gog W. ben Gog Bush way to bring redemption that was rejected here by far too many, but it is still redemption in the merit of all of our suffering and the deeds of our righteous forebears.

Dov, we have been through this before, but since you insist on opening a can of worms, then let's do so with the Tanach.
Beginning with the claim of an additional Torah, the Oral Torah that is not mentioned one single time in the entire Tanach, not once, but Moshe just forgot to mention it, along with every single character in the entire Tanach. The whole story is made up. The only accurate way to get a picture of ancient Israeli laws and society is the Tanach. If I want a picture of Jewish life during the 2nd century, I would read the Mishnah. Furthermore, though rabbinical Jews like to pride themselves in the knowledge of Biblical Hebrew by the rabbi's, the fact remains that throughout the Mishnah and Talmud, they demonstrate a rather poor knowledge of Biblical Hebrew. Since the Pharisaic movement became active in the middle of the Second Temple period, the main language spoken was Aramaic and Greek. Errors are rampant in both the Mishnah and Talmud of Biblical Hebrew.
So now on to 'totafot'. It is interesting that the Sadducee's never wore tefillin. It is also interesting that in Qumran, there were only less than a dozen examples of tefillin found in the excavations. Which means that the vast majority of Jews who were Sadducean and Essene in practice never wore the Pharisee movement amulets, forget about the fact that the photos of the less then dozen examples quite different than we don today. So what does totafot mean, it means remembrance. Look at Exodus 13:9. It reads Zicharon or remembrance. This difficult word totafot which the rabbi's took as to mean tefillin, actually means rememberance. It is clear in Exodus 13:9 that totafot was substituted with the more familiar zicharon or rememberance.
The brilliant commentator the Rashbam (Rashi's grandson) realized the true meaning of the verse "And it shall be for a sign upon your hand and a remembrance (Zicharon) between your eyes". He writes the following: "'For a sign upon your hand' According to its plain meaning (Omek Peshuto), 'It shall be remembered always AS IF it had been written upon your hand' SIMILAR TO 'he put me as a seal upon your heart' (Cant 8,6). 'Between your eyes', LIKE a piece of jewelry or gold chain which people put on the forehead for decoration" (Rashbam on Ex 13,9)
Rashi's grandson rightfully interprets the "Tefillin passage" as a metaphor which demands that we remember the Torah always and treasure it like a piece of fine jewelry. Rashbam realized that not everything in the Torah is to be taken literally as a command. The classic example of this is "And you shall circumcise the foreskin of your heart" (Dt 10,16). Obviously God is not commanding mass suicide but is rather commanding us to figuratively circumcise the foreskin of our hearts, i.e. remove our impurity and stubbornness and commit to his covenant with our hearts. While this metaphor was easy to understand it is less obvious what kind of metaphor lays behind "and it shall be for a sign upon your hand and a Remembrance between your eyes ".

Part 2:
This question is clarified by several passages elsewhere in the Hebrew Bible:
"Listen my son to the teaching of your father and do not abandon the Torah of your mother; because it is a beautiful wreath for your head and a necklace upon your throat" (Prv 1,8-9)
"Do net let truth and righteousness leave you; tie them upon your throat, write them upon the tablet of your heart." (Prv 3,3)
"Keep my son the Mitzvot of your father and do not abandon the Torah of your mother; Tie them upon you heart always, don them upon your throat" (Prv 6,20-21)
In light of these verses the real meaning of the "Tefillin" passage becomes clear
"And let these things which I command you today be upon your heart... and you shall tie them for a sign upon your hand and for a remembrance (Totafot) between your eyes and write them upon the doorposts of your houses and your gates" (Dt 6,8-9)
The Torah is to be like a fine bracelet or necklace which we are to wear proudly. In other words, the Torah is supposed to be precious to us and be remembered always. It is worth noting that of the four places in the Torah which use this expression 2 of them are telling us to remember the Torah (Dt 6,8-9; Dt 11,18) while the other two are commanding us to remember the Exodus from Egypt (Ex 13,9; Ex 13,16).
I would like to further add, that the Rambam stated the Mashiach will repair the breaches of the Torah. Is it not possible that we have adopted practices from the pagan cultures that surrounded us since the first exile, and matter of fact since even the time of Moshe. That's a bit to complex for this post. But the fact remains if the Mashiach will repair the breaches of the Torah, that in itself shows we are in error. We have suffered for 2 thousand years now. One must ask why. I believe without a doubt that Judah will fight every word the Mashiach will speak. Shabbat Shalom.

Shiloh: Totafot cannot mean remembrance. Yes, the word remembrance is used one time that the commandment to where Tefillin occurs, but it does not occur the other three times. And the Tet Tet Pey root appears nowhere else in the entire Tanakh. According to the Rambam, and Rav Akiva before him, the word Totafot is actually the combination of two foreign words. Tot in a Caspian or Coptic word meaning two, and Pot in a language called Afriki (which is not an African language) also means two. Putting the two words together we get a reference to the four compartments of the head tefillin. The Rambam halakhically derives the fact that head tefillin should have four compartments from the fact that the word totafot is from these two non-Hebrew words. Why would the Torah use non-Hebrew words for an important mitzvah? to give the nations of the world a source for their existence in the Torah, through the mitzvah of the head tefillin. Now you may not like this explanation, but I am not about to argue on the Rambam or Rav Akiva. Yet, it does not mean remembrance because this word appears nowhere else in the Tanakh.

The word Totafot cannot come from the word or shoresh natif (Nun Tet Pey) because the word Totafot has a double Tet Pey shoresh already. There is no Nun nofeleth (Nun that falls away) that is part of the root.

Plus, I just gave you an example of a direct reference by Moshe Rabeinu to the Oral Torah. It says in the Written Torah that Moshe showed us how to do kosher slaughter at Har Sinai, but the Written Torah leaves no record of what he said. So the tradition of kosher slaughter was completely given as an oral tradition from Sinai.

From now on, let us have this discussion in private, not on the blog. Thank you. I will post your Karaite response once, but I cannot do so again

Deut. 12:21 tells us that Moshe Rabbeinu commanded us in the complex rules of slaughtering animals for food, but nowhere in the Written Torah do we find any rules for Chulin (mundane slaughter for food). By the way, Aryeh Kaplan points out that the Afriki language is actually and ancient Greek dialect called Phrygian. And Pot is really pronounce with a soft Tav. So it is really pronounced as Poth. This evolved into the English "Both" which definitely means two.

Blogger Dov Bar-Leib said...

Almost forgot: And as Shiloh actually pointed out, there are two groups of two passages each. the first two in Exodus deal with remembering the Exodus. So one of the passages there does use the word Zikaron instead of Totafot. And the second group of two passages are to teach the Torah diligently to our children, (one dealing with our own children and one dealing with setting up schools to teach each other's children). This is NOT a reminder pair of passages. There is no Zikaron here, just a continuous set of mitzvot including teaching children and mezuzot so that the Torah is passed on from one generation to the next. So the word Zikaron does NOT fit with these passages in Deuteronomy which is why it is absent with the word Totafot being used instead in both cases. So we have two groups of two passages. One pair corresponds with the Coptic/ Caspian word Tot with two Tets, and the other pair corresponds with the word Poth (Pey Thav).

Dan, not worried, Y-h-v-h will identify His choice for the coming Mashiach, publicly at that, in 3 locations within Israel. Those that will be present will be rabbi's from all different sects of normative Judaism along with those less observant branches. Lay people will also be present to witness it. So Dan, in all due respect, Y-h-v-h is still in control, He still communicates with some, and frankly you and many won't like His decision. Therefore as the Baal Shem Tov states, the rabbi's will hinder the geulah. I know Dov's take, but remember, free will people. Be very careful who we slander as the person will be hidden in plain sight as we will in fact get the Mashiach we never wanted. I guess we will get what we deserve.

It will be interesting to see how Mashiach convinces the people of the earth that money is the problem in the world. How Mashiach will convince people that the earth can provide everything they need. That they create the unrighteous world today by working for money & giving power to the elite. How they fight one another because a few men have issues over power. How Mashiach will convince people that the LORD has the power & not man. How Mashiach will convince people if they work together, there would be no power to man & only to the LORD. What a task it will be. If people only knew the power they have to unite and create a great place to live for all. Money is not the problem. 1. It should not be the tachlit (the goal) of doing the right thing. It is just a means to do more of the right thing. 2. Esav serves G-d to make money. Israel ideally should make money to serve G-d.

My point is, if you take all the currencies in the world, place in a pile and burn, who will have the power? The body needs food and water to survive, the earth can provide both. All currency is backed by what? This will be the extreme task of Mashiach to convince the people. The LORD doesn't need money, so your comment, "Israel should make money to serve G-d", I would think is rather insulting to the LORD. Hasn't even shown up, and I already feel sad for Mashiach. The task after, for people to drop the "I" and somehow to start saying "WE", will be intersting on how that happens. When everything else is gone, you have what the earth provides, and that comes from the LORD, there will be no money.

It would be very intriguing to see how we would give tzedakah, give Machtzit HaShekel, and transfer the qedushah of Ma'aser Sheini onto something to buy food in Yerushalayim without money. Way way too many mitzvot depend upon spending money in one way or another. Ain kemach Ain Torah. The big question is, "What will the money be?" Most likely it will be based on silver as it was in ancient times. The Oral Torah says that silver coins are the basic medium of exchange. In modern Hebrew kesef means both silver and money. The fiat system will be replaced by the silver standard most likely with the opportunity to expand the money supply based on economic growth ONLY. Don't get Yemot HaMashiah mixed up with Olam HaBa or Techiyat HaMeitim when mitzvot are not what they are now. Once there is no longer the necessity to do mitzvot, then the usefulness of money will disappear too.

The paper money we have is valueless except as people can use it in exchange, there is no real trade value on modern paper except the tulip bubble mania fantasy we have all accepted onto ourselves as it is a state issued check or instrument for a chov taken in all modern countries from thin air. The money is borrowed imaginary digits from the central bank with no backing other than the industrial capacity and yearly sweat hours of the national population though this imaginary money is still billed at ribbis to the state for the privilege of having the backing of the national bankers cartel.
We still use silver when required to poday our bechor(first sons) from a Cohen. Even gold is just movable property, only silver is money in halacha.
In the time of moshiach we will almost certainly use silver or silver backed money transfer systems, otherwise I imagine it will be a gift based society as the economics of greed disappear and along with it along with the requirement for a medium of exchange to facilitate the efficient distribution of scarce goods and services.

The Moabit problem comes up repeatedly, Ploney Almoney rejects Rut as he is too frum to make yibum with a non-super-mehadrin woman, there was an already solved machlochet which we see when Elimelech allowed his sons to marry Moabite women possibly even still as shiksas, on the kosher status of a female of Moav vs the forbidden males. Again it pops up when Dovids father Yishai sent away Dovid and his mother. When SHmuel shows up to anoint the founder of malchut Yehuda dovid is not even brought, even Shmuel is surprised when none of the boys in the home are the one to be anointed.
A thorough study of megilat Rut is nearly as fascinating when studying halacha as studying halachic commentary on Shimshon and the rest of shoftim.

It is also worth noting that the other bent letters which can be final letters that were not used by the South Asian Tsunami are Kaf and Pey. Both letters are in the word K'safim= money. In the plural both Kaf and Pey are in their bent state. In the near future there will be a traumatic worldwide event in which the fiat k'safim will be replaced by the real thing, kesef. The keys seems to revolve around JP Morgan Chase who is very short on silver. It is estimated that if the price of silver were to rise above $47 per ounce, JP Morgan Chase would go bankrupt, and the world banking system would come to a halt. So Central Bankers are very careful to control the price of silver so that that never happens in a way that they can predict. 47 happens to be the atomic number of silver because it is the number of protons in a silver atomic nucleus along with 47 electrons surrounding the nucleus in a stable silver atom.

The part I find most fascinating is in Shmuel Aleph 17, as described in detail in Yevamot 76-77:
When Doeg tries to prove to Shaul that David is pasul, and Avner tries to defend David without success. Then Yitra jumps in:
כתיב יתר הישמעאלי אמר רבא מלמד שחגר חרבו כישמעאל ואמר כל מי שאינו שומע הלכה זו ידקר בחרב כך מקובלני מבית דינו של שמואל הרמתי עמוני ולא עמונית מואבי ולא מואבית

BTW, the reason David was banished together with his mother, and that Shmuel never considered him as candidate for king, wasn't the Moabite issue, rather that everyone was sure that he was a mamzer.
The story is told in Yalkut Hamachiri in the name of the Midrash

The bomb was always a Jewish led project with some goyim thrown in for flavor.
A few years ago I was regaled in my sukkah by the memories of the daughter of a US nuke researcher. Her best story was how her mother experienced her own thermonuclear explosion at her father after the second h-bomb https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castle_Bravo
the yield of natural lithium was miscalculated leading to a 300% yield, fortunately the researchers were in ships far enough away but the sensors and high speed cameras were almost all destroyed.

635 dead by sarin in Syria. Wow. In a sane world this would start WW3. But Obama/ Ba'al Kerry are more urgent about creating Palestine than they are serious about death tolls in the hundreds of thousands. This is how evil Obama is. He wants the same garbage here in Israel. The death of a few hundreds of thousands of Jews means nothing to either of them.....and to their voters either. Life means nothing to them. The worst crime against humanity is building Jewish homes in occupied Arab land. Apparently their Jewish voters agree. They had four years to think about that. They saw the raucous booing on the Democratic Convention floor when the Convention leaders tried to stick Jerusalem as Israel's capital in the party platform. There should be no surprises here, and yes his voters should be held accountable for this heinous crime that he is trying to commit here in E.Yisrael. It will be by the Grace of G-d that his evil plans will be turned against him and his voters for re-election.

Yeah, this was nerve gas. Here is the medical report.

"Many of the casualties are women and children. They arrived with their pupils constricted, cold limbs and foam in their mouths. The doctors say these are typical symptoms of nerve gas victims," the nurse said. Exposure to sarin gas causes pupils in the eyes to shrink to pinpoint sizes and foaming at the lips.

Given how whacked out the world is right now, I have no idea what anyone will do about this tomorrow....but we are moving on up to 92,000 dead in about 5 or 6 days. We are definitely headed in that direction.

Anyone want to take bets on what Obama, Hollande, or Cameron will do now?? This world has become such a freak show. I will not even hazard a guess. They are adamant about dividing Eretz Yisrael, and they could care less about almost everything else. They are cowards when it comes to confronting the Russians or China. So dividing Eretz Yisrael is the easy way out now. And they have the hypocritical moral hubris to do that. But we are still working on the first 26 savages that were released from Israeli jails and the compensatory blood that will be spilled in the world because of that release.

I will link now to my article on Mystical Paths:

Debka says they are reporting exclusively that this is Assad's promised retaliation for the first wave of US trained rebels from Jordan going in on Sat and a second wave going in on Monday.

The second part of his 'promise' if Damascus is threatened is that he would set Israel and the whole ME on fire. I'd say he just made a down payment on that promise.

A Warning To The American-Jewish Community: The Secret Kabbalists of Israel Speak Their Message

...The war will begin with a gas attack; every event in the Land will be tied to gas. There will be a lot of it. This is the sign.

Your warning link for American Jews does not work.

I pray that there will be no poison nerve gas here in Israel. The effects which cause death are absolutely ghastly.

My only comment is when the village idiots who actually get a paycheck here like Jack Perry, Shelly Yucky, and Tzippy Livni start talking about making "massive territorial concessions" from our 40 mile wide stringbean called Eretz Yisrael, HaShem should always bring missiles on to the homes of Kadima, Livni, Meretz, and Labor voters. It should be a regular spiritual cause and effect happening when homes of those who vote to destroy the homes of others are themselves destroyed. Let all the homeless Kadima, Labor, Livni, and Meretz voters come to Migron Hill with potable water, a loaf of bread, peanut butter, and a pup tent for their families to hang out for the duration of the war.

Arutz 7 20:15 Reported News Brief
8/22/2013, Elul 16, 5773

State: Rule Quickly in Petition Against Polio Vaccine

The state asked the Supreme Court, Thursday, to rule quickly in the petition by the Izun Hozer organization against the use of the "weakened living" polio virus as its vaccine in the Health Ministry's campaign to immunize a million children up to the age of nine by the end of November. Responding to the petition, the state said many parents are waiting for a ruling before they decide to immunize their children. It said the decision to proceed followed a thorough investigation and consultation with senior international specialists.

The campaign continues, Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at well-baby clinics throughout the country. About 70,000 children were vaccinated on Thursday, the fifth day of the national campaign. About 312,000 have been innoculated since the start of the campaign in southern Israel.

Thank G-d for Dr. Jonas Salk. If you are not vaccinated, you should be vaccinated. Who would not want to take natural medical protection from one of the most vicious viruses in history? Am I missing any part of this issue? It makes no sense to me that kids are not vaccinated against polio from the earliest possible age. And there is a danger when a significant percentage of the population is not vaccinated. It is called an epidemic.

Dov! The issue: It’s been made clear that we’re not being asked to put the OPV live virus drops in our kids’ mouths for their own protection, but for the protection of our next door neighbor, or the guy down the street, or somebody we might not even meet, including the children of those parents who decided not to immunize. Our kids are getting two vaccines because their kids didn’t get any - double vaccinations to protect the unvaccinated.

Yes, Dov, you are missing the part about whether to use the killed-virus vaccine or the live-but-weakened-strain vaccine. Some people think giving the weakened strain to enable the boy to produce natural antibodies against it can actually cause polio.

8/22/2013 8:53 PM
Blogger Dov Bar-Leib said...

You mean that these kids are already vaccinated?? And they need a 2nd vaccination so that those who are irresponsible and are not vaccinated do not get polio?? Yea, that is ridiculous and wrong. People must take responsibility for their own health by not taking unnecessary risks with their own lives.
