The Turtledove War: The Process of Kolot (Voices) in the 6th Year

Updated below:

This is a quick post before Shabbat to outline the progress where we are headed now that we are in the 6th year before Mashiach ben David comes in year 8, the post-Shmittah year.

Reuven Ruby Rivlin becoming President in 2 weeks is the 7th generation Kol HaTor (the Voice of the Turtledove. Yes, that is a pigeon.)  Since he is the 7th generation, he completes with his ascendancy the 999 steps of Mashiach ben Yosef spoken about in the Sefer Kol HaTor.  The 7th generation usually competes the process begun 7 generations earlier.

We can only win this Turtledove war if we ignore Mankind's rules of engagement and apply G-d's rules of engagement. That is the Mashiach ben Yosef aspect of this war. Kol HaTor is the Voice of Mashiach ben Yosef (MB Ephraim).  There is a 50/50 chance that Bibi will finally come to understand this concept, but he needs to have enough emunah and bitachon to realize that we will be just fine taking on the permanent members of the UNSC who surely are calling him day and night reminding him of the rules of engagement by which Israel must fight this war....or else.  That is the threat to send troops to solve our problem with Hamas by sending international troops and by imposing international sanctions on us.  From past experience Bibi simply lacks the emunah to care less about what they tell him.

That would seem to indicate that the Voice of Mashiach ben David, Eliyahu HaNavi, will show up later this summer after we have successfully passed the test of rebelling against the rule of engagement imposed upon us by Mankind.
That at least is how this is progressing.

The Voice of Mashiach ben David is the Kol ben HaYonah (Voice of the Dove. This is not a pigeon, or maybe a dove is a different type of pigeon.), the second kosher bird which can be offered up as a korban in the Beit HaMikdash which is freed at the end of the Covenant between the Parts, at the end of our long exile.  So Eliyahu HaNavi will be the Kol ben HaYonah who, G-d willing will show up later this summer before the 6th year concludes.

So let us get our birds straight. Peres is the predatorial bird that eats the carrion in the Covenant between the Parts. It tries to eat all the 3x3 animal parts that have been neatly arranged by Avraham Avinu, all 18 pieces or 18 halves. He is a Vulture, the most likely species that kept attacking the pieces.

Reuven Rivlin is the Voice of the Tor, the Turtle Dove, who is released at the end of the long exile. Yehonatan Pollard is the Tor itself (Mashiach ben Ephraim), still waiting to be released.

Eliyahu HaNavi is the Voice of the ben Yonah, the Dove, who will come down from Shamayim to herald the Wars of Gog UMagog between this War, the Turtledove War, and the wars that will take place in the Shmittah year. If the Talmud is correct about this, Eliyahu will show up when the Turtledove War is over or on the verge of ending.

The Dove Himself is Mashiah ben David who is supposed to arrive at the 50th gate at the dawn of the 50th year that began with the year of the 6 Day War which took place in 5727. The 50th year is the post Shmittah year of 5776.

Update:  Later this week if the Internet does not crash in Eretz Yisrael for various "security reasons", I will be doing a post about last week's rare haftarah for Parshat Pinchus. This Torah parshah is rarely read before the 3 Weeks so that the haftarah that was just read in association with parshat Pinchus is rarely read in the Beit Knesset. The haftarah of Eliyahu HaNavi running away from Izevel has tremendous meaning for the End of Days, and not just Medrash Sefer Eliyahu which is alluded to in the haftarah. Of interest here are the three q'lipot of the Erev Rav (stormy wind= international socialism or Isaac Herzog/ Shelly Yucky, the great noise= the lying, despicable main stream media, and the flashing fire= the corrupt courts run by Tzippy Livni) who will likely be defeated over the next few weeks to make room for the Still Thin Voice, the Voice of Eliyahu HaNavi, the 2nd Voice of the Summer.

If Bibi Netanyahu as the gilgul of Shaul HaMelekh refuses to take on (to confront and to reject) the rules of engagement imposed upon us by Mankind, then this country will likely descend into chaos until someone rises quickly who will NOT refuse this task.

Mashiach ben Yosef was supposed to appear in the 2nd Lebanon War in 5766 (2006) in the Galilee, but forces within the Jewish People delayed the Geulah by enabling the Sharon Disengagement in 5765. For that reason the Peres, the Vulture, served for 7 years as President delaying the Messianic process by a full Shmittah cycle to the end of this cycle. We have now arrived at Geulah b'itah. It won't be delayed any longer. Obama is the last king of Edom, and Malkhut Edom is in collapse mode as Yishmael takes over on the world stage for a short time to force us to repent from all of our petty avodah zarahs. The avodah zarah of world public opinion is dying now, at least here in Eretz Yisrael. Things should now move rather quickly to the point where Col. Shalom Eisner could become a commander in the IDF.

As of right now, Bibi has not done teshuvah. The apartment buildings at the Gaza border are filled with "civilians" and are booby trapped to cause maximum soldier injury and death when the ground war begins. The "civilians" there are there in order to die to prevent an Israeli aerial attack. Bibi has refused to bomb those buildings because he so afraid of worldwide condemnation. So so far he is an epic fail based on lack of Emunah. And so far he would not win and a lot of Jewish kids will be in tremendous danger because Bibi is being lead by the nose by the CFR and the Quartet and the permanent member nations on the UN Sec. Council.

Benny Gantz is a Gorem nachon, and he is not listening to other people on the right saying the same things. This entire military establishment spends half its days worrying about world public opinion to the point of destroying the careers of good soldiers like Col. Shalom Eisner who served to defend the Jewish people with distinction, but not in a way that PR saturated high brass want to know about it. So they destroyed him. As these men dilly dally around in the world of what the nations think about us, they are not listening to people like me or you right now. I am not the only one talking about this. Tamar Yonah just told me today that she wrote a post about this serious issue too. And she knows how to get others to listen! We are all trying hard to bring moral sanity to the Jewish people, but sadly it might take a disaster that results from being infatuated with what the nations are thinking for this to stop....G-d forbid. Someone texted a friend of mine that the ground war is beginning. So we will know soon enough. Shabbat Shalom.

Bibis latest is Hamas can rule Gaza BUT the IDF will rule Judea/Samaria/Jordan Valley (JSJ) areas. He also said Al Qaeda is on our NSE fronts, and that's why he wants JSJ.

Our PM has no faith to take on the entire world that now hates us. He will bow his head in cowardice before the five permanent members of the UN Sec. Council and say Yessir Masser. That is where this seems to be headed. I pray that I am wrong. If he refuses to lead, then an even bigger event will take place around the 17th of Tamuz which will consume him. If that is the case, this is now following the pattern laid out in Filling the Four Universes. The Gematriah 63 letter Name of Yud Key Vav Key which is operable from Shavuot until Tisha B'Av. There are really 62 days between those two because Tamuz only has 29 days. So this creates an overlap of one day. The Yud spelled Yud Vav Dalet is 20. So that was between Shavuot (6 Siwan) and the 25th or 26th of Siwan. The Hey is spelled Hey Yud and is 15 corresponds with the dates 26th of Siwan until the tenth of 11th of Tamuz. Now comes the Vav that has never been attached to His Name in part because or the Cheit HaEigel. The beginning of its attachment was on the 11th of Tamuz, the first day of this present Turtledove war spelled Vav Aleph Vav. The Keter on this Vav is the Aleph and may correspond to Ateret HaYesod. Since the first Vav (in the word Vav spelled with an Aleph) is 6 days, it takes us until the 17th or 18th of Tamuz when the crown is applied. The Erev Rav can be best defeated at this time with the spirit of Mashiach ben Ephraim. We shall see how this progresses.

Our ace in the hole politically seems to be Avigdor Lieberman. If he tells Bibi to go in, Bibi will either kill himself or will go in. Since he has nowhere to run in this trap that he has partially laid for himself. Of course he can't go in until he has softened up the border which he refuses to do because he is scared of hitting those "precious little Hamas children" playing in playgrounds at the border. Oh, aren't they so cute and Precious? Obama seems to think so. I guess we need to play by his rules and not G-d's rules. In short if Bibi does not play this right in G-d's eyes (without the eyebrows. The eye of Isis has an eyebrow.), it is time to politically rip Bibi's guts apart. He will be finished.

How does this fit into your scenario: sounds like part of the IAF strategy. Maybe they can accomplish:

"While Hamas was firing rockets at the Tel Aviv area on Saturday night, the IDF was planning to evacuate civilians from areas in the northern Gaza Strip before mounting a "significant attack" there to root out long-range rockets and the terrorists firing them." YNet

If they do go in, I read it would take a long time, maybe even a year, to root out all of Hamas.

Very interesting, and missed by "the World" the fact that Hamas tried to hit the Dimona Reactor. This should be jettisoned into a viral communique:

"And as Breitbart has pointed out, what Hamas has just done is actually an act of nuclear terrorism as defined by the United Nations...

Article 2 (1) of the International Convention for the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism states:

1. Any person commits an offence within the meaning of this Convention if that person unlawfully and intentionally...(b)...uses or damages a nuclear facility in a manner which releases or risks the release of radioactive material: (i) With the intent to cause death or serious bodily injury; or (ii) With the intent to cause substantial damage to property or to the environment; or (iii) With the intent to compel a natural or legal person, an international organization or a State to do or refrain from doing an act.

Dov,
I found in The Zohar a very explicit reference to 5774-5775 as the time when Mashiach is revealed. In Zohar Chadash Parashat Balak, there is a long and detailed description of how this will come about, and the troubles that will befall Am Yisrael during this time. At the beginning of this passage it says:
כעת לסוף יומיא, כפום שעתא דיומא, בעידן די זרח שמשא, מן יומא שתיתאה, בשעתא דיזדמנון לפום מנין שנין, דיובל ושמטה כחדא, דאיהו רע"ד מן יומא שתיתאה.
Sunrise on the sixth day apparently refers to the year 5500 (5 full days=5000 years, + 1 night=500 years). 274 years after that comes up to 5774!
And Yovel and Shmita occurring together very possibly refers to 5775, according to the calculations of Yovel that you’ve mentioned many times.
I’m surprised that I haven’t seen this mentioned before. Or have I missed something?

If Bibi's political guts must be ripped apart because he refuses to have any real ones, then we must aim for the whole ma'arechet. That shouldn't be difficult - even with the best aiming devices, our enemies seem to be able to only hit their own (b"H!!!!! ;) ). HaShem must be showing us thereby that not even aiming properly might be enough. Or is Bibi holding up the whole thing and his being taken down will take it down, the ambitions of the Left notwithstanding?

BREAKING NEWS: Netanyahu's speech to Hamas

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu just made the following speech in front of the Knesset:

To Ismail Haniya, and the leaders and operatives of Hamas:

We, the people of Israel, owe you a huge debt of gratitude. You have succeeded where we have failed. Because never before, in the history of the
modern State of Israel, has the Jewish people been so united, like one person with one heart. You stole three of our most precious children, and slaughtered them in cold blood. But before we could discover the horrible truth, we had 18 days of pain and anxiety while we searched for them, during which our nation united as never before, in prayer, in hopes, in mutual support.
And now, as you continue to launch deadly missiles indiscriminately , intended to maim and murder as many civilians as possible, while you take cowardly refuge behind your own civilians - you continue to inspire us to hold strongly onto our newly discovered unity. Whatever disputes we Jews may have with each other, we now know that we have one common goal: we will defeat you.

But we are offering you now one last chance. Within 24 hours , all rocket fire - and I mean all rocket fire - will cease. Completely. Forever.

I give you formal notice that our tanks are massed at the Gaza border, with artillery and air support at the ready. We have already dropped leaflets over the northern parts of the Gaza strip, warning civilians of our impending arrival, and that they should evacuate southward, forthwith. If you fail to meet our ultimatum, we are coming in, and, with God's help, this time we will not leave. Every centimetre of land that we conquer will be annexed to Israel, so that there will never be another attack launched at our civilians from there.

Even so, we will continue to keep the door open to allow you to surrender gracefully. The moment you announce that you are laying down arms, we will halt our advance, and there we will draw our new borders. If you continue to attack our citizens, we will continue to roll southwards, driving you out of territory that you will never again contaminate with your evil presence.

It pains me deeply that your civilians will be made homeless. But we did not choose this war; you did. And if our choice is between allowing our citizens to be targeted mercilessly by your genocidal savagery, versus turning your civilians into refugees, I regret that we must choose the latter. If only you loved your people as much as you hate ours, this war would never have happened.

To the rest of the world: Israel has tired of your ceaseless chidings that we should "show restraint". When you have your entire population under constant missile fire from an implacable enemy whose stated goal is the murder every man, woman and child in your land, then you may come and talk to us about "restraint". Until then, we respectfully suggest that you keep your double standards to yourselves. This time, Hamas has gone too far, and we will do whatever we have to in order to protect our population.

Hamas, once again, I thank you for bringing our people together with such clarity of mind and unity of purpose. The people of Israel do not fear the long road ahead.

Am Yisrael Chai.

There is no need for the 24 hour ultimatum. That is a mistake. I pray it does not come back to haunt us. If there is a ceasefire, our enemies will laugh a hearty laugh that we screwed up again.

Regarsing a quagmire, I think Netanyahu is negotiating with the world (all the busy bodies that want to protect Hamas) on Fox and Face the Nation and with Kerry, for the terms he can accept in.order to enter into a cease fire arrangement. I believe he thinks that if enough world powers get involved they can have an effect on Hamas and create the quiet he seeks for us. The Arab League is meeting to discuss this now.

I think these nations are afraid of the Muslim backlash in their own countries because Israel is defending itself to the detriment of Hamas. Eruptions in France are getting critical.

There is no such frantic announcements or claims for cease fire to Syria and it's rebels, to ISIS and the Iraqis, to Yemen and its fighters, to Lybia, Egypt, and the list goes on. Compare the mere hundred or so deaths in Gaza, compared to the hundreds of thousands elsewhere. This hypocritical hyper-fixation is amazing. Maybe Moon's threat has in the back of his mind the use of UN troops (egged on by O) to get between Hamas and Israel?

On second thought, maybe that hoax speech should have gone viral in order to frighten more world leaders. ;-)

Why does anyone think Bibi Netanyahu is anything more than a puppet of the globalists just like Obama? He was a member of the CFR and was likely recruited while at MIT. He was groomed for this job and all he does is read a script and follow orders. That's why he's so good at talking and little else.

Furthermore, they've stated all over the airwaves for the past two or three days that they will NEVER re-conquer Gaza and that what they are looking for is a "prolongued period of quiet." THAT is the goal of this entire operation! Others have rightly said that in this case, this will just be another period of violence followed by quiet followed by yet more violence in the future and they are right. This is what the globalists want for us and that is what Bibi et al will deliver.

I want that the soldiers should be protected and be able to finish the job.

Sefer Kol HaTor says that the Erev Rav must be destroyed. Traditionally we always thought that it revolved around a figure named Mashiach ben Ephraim. Yet, this country is seeping Erev Rav at the seams, and MBEphraim could not come into this environment to rule by majority rule. Just look at how closely Rivlin almost lost his election for the Presidency to a known Erev Rav empty suit who gleefully threw Jews out of Gaza, Meir Sheetrit. Now that the 999 steps of Mashiach ben Ephraim will be complete with the inauguration of Reuven Rivlin, the 7th gen. Kol HaTor, in less than two weeks, HaShem is finding another way to rid us of the oppressive Erev Rav regime. Missiles on Tel Aviv from Gaza, whose Jews the Erev Rav hated, is the beginning of their fall. As this war and ceasefire negotiations progress, the Erev Rav will continue to collapse further as their hypocrisy is revealed to Jews on the Left Coast whose heads are in a leftwing media fog. What we are not being told by this media is how close their carefully controlled statecraft is on the verge of collapse when the sheker is being exposed by missiles and shrapnel on Tel Aviv from Gaza. These missiles on Tel Aviv are therefore a GOOD thing for the spirit and the soul of Klal Yisrael.

It is worth noting that there is one stark difference between Yechezkel's listing of the Q'lipot with Ma'aseh Merkava in chapter 1 and the q'lipot listed in this past week's haftarah. The stormy wind and the fire are basically the same, but in Yechezkel's description the media noise from this past week's haftarah is called a Great Cloud (or Fog). So even that fits.

I did not say with certainty that Bibi (King Shaul) is going to fall or fail in this test. At least we don't know for sure. The Erev Rav with their faithlessness until now has allowed him to remain faithless too in response to world pressures. As the Erev Rav collapses around him, it is unclear at this time how he will respond. Based on past performance he will crumble and fall when the Erev Rav goes the way of the Dodo bird and go down sitting on his custom made CFR toilet seat in the PM's executive restroom. They call it the Beit HaKisei for a reason you know. Yet, we may be in for a surprise or two.

The Alter Rebbe writes a parable about the kings and nobles of old who used to take a big powerful animal, a lion or a bear, and chain it up in a stadium. Then they would set little animals, like rats, to attack it. The big lion or bear would raise its giant paw to kill the little animals but the chains would hold it back. Then eventually, when it was totally frustrated, bitten up and enraged, they would cut the chains and in a minute, it would wipe out all of its little tormentors.

I used to think this was about Hashem chaining up the Jews, which I guess it is in a general sense, but now it seems like specifically the chains are hypnotic and covert power of the erev rav chaining up the mighty Jewish people in a place where smaller, weak animals can torment us while we get more and more frustrated and hurt.

When will Hashem loose our chains????

But now is the time of redemption. The Lubavitcher Rebbe said more than once in 1991 that we are now in "yemot hamoshiach b'pashtut" -

At this point I'm thinking that the spell is used up, and we are just still sort of hypnotized. There should really be something we can do.

Praying is huge. But it has to be an empowered, intimate kind of prayer I think -

And there must be more as well. Because Hashem is waiting for us to do something. I am sure. He wants the geula to come through us - at least in some kind of way. I assume that's why he keeps giving us these wake up calls - together with the incredible miracles.

What is it that we can do, even if we are still few?

Dov, ok, so I am not sure if that question you answered was from an earlier one, so I will pose it again, but your last comment actually addresses it in question form. You have said down below (last comment) that "tomorrow is a big day etc and you are not sure how things will turn out etc.."
So, my question really is if they do a cease fire etc...how will this impact this year and the like for it being ripe for geulah. Does any of this place us, heaven forbid, at yet another block of 7 years to wait or do you think we are really so close that their human error (cease fire, caring about the world's opinion, catering to POTUS and the EU etc..) will have zero impact?
I think what my thought process is is that we are so far to the very end and here we go again with emboldening the enemy throuh escalations of war, yet not finishing them off that it influences me to think, 'oh, no what if THIS cease fire and that behavior on Netanyahu's side delays the geulah because it may say to Hashem, 'No, we are not ready etc..."
I think that's what I am trying to ask....

We have some angry members in the Keneset:
"Minister Ariel stressed that the ceasefire would endanger Israeli citizens. "It won’t be long before Hamas will grow stronger, smuggle more elaborate rockets and open fire again,” he warned.

Asked how he believes Israel should act now, he responded that the operation must continue, “including ground entry. We need to finish the job. Doing half a job is worse than doing nothing.”

Deputy Defense Minister Danny Danon (Likud) said that a ceasefire at this point would be a "slap in the face" to the residents of the south, who were willing to pay a heavy price in return for Israel dealing a significant blow to Hamas." ArutzSheva

Devash, you're right about the CFR. And Dov is on target about IS but it seems all sides are being financed by "our Friends" and Ran Paul said it appears "our Friends" are also financing Hamas, albeit indirectly.

Can you imagine, so evil as to be financing all sides in the worlds wars! What a mess. That really means that this is the third "World War" that we are in. That makes the Muslims into pawns also.but like in Germany, it will bring down the US in the end. And poor Glenn Beck trying to fight Satan.

The war must be conducted in such a way that Islam (the Moslem Arabic World) and political Zionism (the State of Israel) mutually destroy each other. Meanwhile the other nations, once more divided on this issue will be constrained to fight to the point of complete physical, moral, spiritual and economical exhaustion…We shall unleash the Nihilists and the atheists, and we shall provoke a formidable social cataclysm which in all its horror will show clearly to the nations the effect of absolute atheism, origin of savagery and of the most bloody turmoil. Then everywhere, the citizens, obliged to defend themselves against the world minority of revolutionaries, will exterminate those destroyers of civilization, and the multitude, disillusioned with Christianity, whose deistic spirits will from that moment be without compass or direction, anxious for an ideal, but without knowing where to render its adoration, will receive the true light through the universal manifestation of the pure doctrine of Lucifer, brought finally out in the public view. This manifestation will result from the general reactionary movement which will follow the destruction of Christianity and atheism, both conquered and exterminated at the same time.*

My Outline for a Solution for Gaza: By Moshe Feiglin

Cease fire or not, Israel is being bombarded by rockets. This is my outline for dealing with Gaza:

1. Ultimatum – One warning from the Prime Minister of Israel to the enemy population, in which he announces that Israel is about to attack military targets in their area and urges those who are not involved and do not wish to be harmed to leave immediately. Sinai is not far from Gaza and they can leave. This will be the limit of Israel’s humanitarian efforts. Hamas may unconditionally surrender and prevent the attack.

2. Attack – Attack of the entire ‘target bank’ throughout the Gaza Strip with the IDF’s maximum force (and not a tiny fraction of it) with all the conventional means at its disposal. All the military and infrastructural targets will be attacked with no consideration for ‘human shields’ or ‘environmental damage’. It is enough that we are hitting exact targets and that we gave them advance warning.

3. Siege – Parallel to the above, a total siege on Gaza. Nothing will enter the Strip. Israel, however, will allow exit from Gaza. (Civilians may go to Sinai, fighters may surrender to IDF forces).

4. Defense – Any place from which Israel or Israel’s forces were attacked will be immediately attacked with full force and no consideration for ‘human shields’ or ‘environmental damage’.

5. Conquer – After the IDF will complete the softening of the targets with its fire-power, the IDF will conquer the entire Gaza Strip, using all the means necessary to minimize any harm to our soldiers, with no other considerations.

6. Elimination- The GSS and IDF will thoroughly eliminate all armed enemies from Gaza. The enemy population that is innocent of wrong-doing and separated itself from the armed terrorists will be treated in accordance with international law and will be allowed to leave. Israel will generously aid those who wish to leave.

7. Sovereignty – Gaza is part of our Land and we will remain there forever. Liberation of parts of our land forever is the only thing that justifies endangering our soldiers in battle to capture land. Subsequent to the elimination of terror from Gaza, it will become part of sovereign Israel and will be populated by Jews. This will also serve to ease the housing crisis in Israel. The coastal train line will be extended, as soon as possible, to reach the length of the Gaza Strip. According to polls, most of the Arabs in Gaza wish to leave. Those who were not involved in anti-Israel activity will be offered a generous international emigration package. Those who choose to remain will receive permanent resident status. After a number of years of living in Israel and becoming accustomed to it, contingent on appropriate legislation in the Knesset and the authorization of the Minister of Interior, those who personally accept upon themselves Israel’s rule, substance and way of life of the Jewish State in its Land, will be offered Israeli citizenship.

I found this on Barry's site:

"Benjamin "Bibi" Netanyahu was spotted at MIT in 1973 and the grooming began there when he was in his early twenties. After graduating, he received a high paying job at Boston Consulting. His boss was Ira Magaziner (CFR). But he quit the job in 1979, returned to Israel, staring selling furniture at the Rim company, then organized an anti-terror convention. Inexplicably, the CFR sent a team of their biggest guns including George Bush Sr., Richard Perle and George Shultz to this unknown 27 year old's get-together. Once the convention was over, Netanyahu returned to work selling home furniture for three years until 1982, when Washington Ambassador Moshe Arens invited him to be his deputy. He claimed the choice was indirectly made by those who came to his convention and "were impressed with his performance." That means Bush and Shultz pressed Arens to bring Bibi to Washington. From there, they pushed his career higher. In 1985, Shultz chaired another anti-terror convention in Washington supposedly organized by Netanyahu. By the time Bibi was UN Ambassador, Schultz visited him every time he was in New York, and that was often."

Schultz was a prince in comparison to every Sec. of State that has since held that office. Starting with Gog H.W. Bush Sr. himself, every foreign policy chief has been a Serpent when it comes to US - Israel relations.

The next Sec. of State after Schultz, James Baker yemach shmo vezichro has set the tone for the last 25 years. I guess once the Berlin Wall came down, there was no really good reason to foster good relations with Israel anymore, just to cause us trouble.

I cant buy everything Barry C. Says. By your last comments, you must know now what Bibi did to Danny.

W/o Liberman with him but running against him, he could team up with labor/mertz and your favorite, Livni, in order to head straight into negotiations with Mahmud. But that would be suicide for Israel. Or maybe he thinks 'negotiating' is better than 'rockets'. He's now under pressure to secure his leadership AND get out from under the rockets. Wow, such stress.

Unless he pulls Shas and UTJ back into the fold? That might be too rightist. What do you think?

If those things are true, is there any reasonable expectation that Israel will still continue to defend itself and us?

I am asking because I am feeling like the constant up and down and desperate need for sanity and sanctity in this crazy country (plus frustration and rage) is not good for my health.

I can't believe this for so many reasons - but just one of them is that we left the U.S. because it has been hijacked, only to find that the hijackers are calling the shots here too!

Without Lieberman, Bibi is washed up. In a parliamentary system, he can't take 8 loyal MKs with him and still be PM of the country. Sharon had 27 loyal MKs when he founded Kadima. Bibi might have 8 but more likely has less. Plus the Chareidim are not going into a govt. with Yair Lapid. If the 18 Chareidim go in, Lapid with his 19 goes out. It is time to bring Bibi down or to collapse the entire ma'arechet If Hezbollah enters the fray, that is what will likely happen.

Shifra, I don't know what to say. You speak the truth. The entire world is in galut, including here. Too many Israelis are intoxicated here by the values of the Erev Rav in the courts, in the media, and in socialism or under the guise of "social justice". The govt. that we have now reflects the values of a lowly mindset amongst the Am here. Bibi's seeking validation from world public opinion here for 6 hours while doing squat at the expense of missiles on the South is in accord with the values of almost half the country. They are intoxicated with popularity amongst the nations. Remember Meir Sheetrit HaRasha received 53 Knesset votes for President. But before you get too depressed, intoxication with popularity and world public opinion is, believe it or not, an even greater issue with Jews in Chu"l. They are mavens at practicing the Popularity Religion. They even have the chutzpah to call it G-d under the guise of Reform Judaism. It is actually even more of an epidemic for Jews in Chu"l than here. The last 20 years of suicide bombings and missiles have helped to mold more grownups here than in the US for instance. So amongst Jews, the situation is BETTER here than in Chu"l. In Chu"l you have to depend on a large percentage of righteous gentiles to outweigh what is going on with Jews there. Here in Israel we don't have that luxury. Most of the gentiles here qualify as our enemies, not all but most. We persevere here solely on miracles and that is how we will continue to persevere here. The Eye of HaShem (without an eyebrow unlike the eye of Isis on the back of the dollar bill) rests upon Eretz Yisrael all year long. That is our one ace in the hole.

Well isn't that precious. In the previous 8 day Gaza War in November (Kislev) of 2012, Bibi re-enacted Shmuel Aleph chap. 13. Batya Meidad went over it chapter and verse in Shilo Musings at the time. We discussed it on this blog when on the 8th day of the war, the day of his surrender, a bus blew up on Shaul HaMelekh St. in Tel Aviv. In Chapter 13 he lost his dynasty. He would continue to rule, but his son Yehonatan would never be king....pity.

Now he has managed to re-enact Chapter 15 of Shmuel Aleph, the one where he was supposed to wipe out Amalek, and has lost the entire kit and caboodle. Way to go Bibi!! an encore performance 3000 years later!

I hear you, Shifra: The war common people everywhere have is with leadership that takes orders from elsewhere at our expense.

If we don't win that conflict here in Israel, no one else in the world will. We Israelis/Hebrews/Jews stand guard over the spiritual fountains of creation, which is why it is SO important for us to do right by G-d, our Creator, Father and King - and the world will right itself using our example. No other nation can have this effect on the world.

America tried to correct the world and has failed spectacularly. If any non-Jewish nation would have succeeded, it would have been the USA. Xianity tried and failed, and Islam is trying, to establish HaShem’s rule on earth through themselves, and are also failing. Between them and the New World Order folks, they won’t have anyone left to rule when they’re done murdering most of the planet! They frame their evil with nice words; but, look at the results!

The nations want - no, lust - to have our place here and in the universe, especially the other children (spiritual or physical) of Avraham Avinu (mainly Xians and Mooslims). They know what a privilege it is, while a great many Jews do not, and would throw it away (the ones Reb Dov refers to who are enthralled with Erev Rav values), has"v.

This is the only merit they have, and why they are always telling us what to do and how to do it. We must at least attempt to throw off that yoke from our necks. It holds us down and causes that knee-jerk obedience we are all familiar with. We must focus on establishing our little corner of the earth that G-d gave us, and that means eradicating the evil threatening us – the evil values and the evil people, both, from our G-d-given borders.

Does this help. even a little?

Quick thought, quick question.
Retaking Gaza is of course commendable in that it is part of Eretz Yisrael.

But if this is done, might it only push Hamas into Sinai, where they will be fraternizing with other terrorist groups?

That may in itself be beneficial in that it might pitch them into a battle with the current Egpyptian military, and divert them away from fighting Israel.

but it might also mean that they live in Sinai, where their rockets will still be able to hit most of Israel.

So the key thing at this point is to destroy the Hamas arsenal, and then to cut their supply lines and prevent them from re-arming.

And if possible attack the countries that supply them arms.

CDG - interesting, and thank you. It gives me a bit more perspective; does not take away the frustration and anger but I'm less used to this humiliating "yes sir no sir" bowing and scraping than those of you who have been here for a long time. To me it seems so incredibly bizarre that I don't know what to make of it.

Devash, in some sense I suppose you're right but as a baal teshuva through Chabad over 35 years ago I don't really see it that way. The Rebbe's emphasis, even though obviously he was enormously, totally supportive of Eretz Yisroel, has always been kiruv, spreading Torah and mitzvos where you can be the most effective, rather than the idea that everyone should be here now.

We moved here in part, as I said, because we couldn't stand America's direction, but in much larger part because we felt Eretz Yisroel pulling us in a way that we couldn't resist.

And again, having heard the Rebbe rail against the sorts of things that are happening here right now, for decades back (and "rail" is a serious understatement) it does feel like it matters a lot who is in charge. Because we aren't just meant to be here; we are meant to be here al pi Torah, living in a way that is a kiddush Hashem. And we are responsible to try to protect each other as well. I will never forget hearing the Rebbe so outraged that the government was acting with a "Jewish inferiority complex" and saying that the goyim are waiting for us to stand up like Mordechai, "Mordechai lo yichreh v'lo yishtachaveh".

He said that even talking about giving away land puts millions of Jews in danger. And it's become so much worse than it was then. Who could have imagined that we would go so low??

So, even though I don't think I have the power to change what's happening directly at this moment, I find it deeply and intensely disturbing beyond my ability to describe.

Devash: I came for Geulah. I enjoy doing ma'aser (tithing) and Terumah on my fruit trees. I guess that is an extra bonus, a mitzvah dependent on the Land of Israel, but I came for Geulah primarily.

The overarching reason why we should all be here is that E.Yisrael is the Palace of HaShem where we can be closer to Him and His Providence than we can outside of Eretz Yisrael. There is no mitzvah bichtav from the Written Torah of Moshe for all Jews to be in Eretz Yisrael before the Final Redemption. Yet, there is not one pereq in the Written Torah where the Torah does NOT say "so that you can remain forever upon the Land of Your forefathers Avraham, Yitzchak, and Ya'akov" or "when HaShem brings you into the Land promised to your forefathers...." The purpose of the Torah is to live it here not there wherever there is. HaShem wants us all in His palace living by Palace rules.

Yes Tikun Rahel is not necessary in the Shmittah year because the tikunim of Mashiach ben Ephraim and Rahel's other primary first son, Shaul from the tribe of Binyamin, must be complete before the onset of year 7. If Bibi does not get on board willingly, he will be thrown off or under the bus. The situation is getting really crazy for him. He in part has relied on the continued presence of the Erev Rav in the Govt. to balance off the saner voters for his own Likud Beiteinu party. Now all of those 2006 Kadima voters and Labor, Livni, and Meretz voters in more recent polls look so stupid and foolish. They have voted themselves into this mess, a bed that they have made for themselves. Another cluster of missiles appeared above the skies of Herzliyah and Kfar Shmaryahu yesterday to demonstrate G-d's contempt for their voting records. How many of them are paying attention to His contempt more than the contempt of the nations of the world? That I don't know.

Also the Final Redemption is a participatory event. It has been clearly shown in recent Jewish history that when we sit on our laurels waiting for it to happen, Jews get hurt and die in large numbers or assimilate into nothingness in large numbers. The Vilna Gaon at the end of his life tried to get here. He made it as far as Germany and was too sick to travel further. So he returned and sent his students and his sons - in- law. Rav Hillel Rivlin zt"l was such a student. Raise your hands. If the Vilna Gaon were alive 200 years later, would he be living now in Eretz Yisrael or in Vilna or in New York?? Would he have hesitated to board a wings of eagles flight from outside E. Yisrael decades ago?

The US dollar is now at 3.408 shekels to the dollar. Sometimes it stabilizes, but the trend is down down down. When I first moved here, the dollar was 25% stronger. Now with new FACTA rules, international entrepreneurs are NOT doing transactions in dollars. Who in their right mind would continue to do so? You think we have problems here? Please don't wait until it drops another 25%. Even derekh hateva, it will now plummet faster and faster than it has over the last 8 years.

Why would the Rambam exclude living in Eretz Yisrael from his Sefer haMitzvot as one of the 248 positive commandments? because it is a foundation of Judaism that Eretz Yisrael is the place where we should be desiring to do the mitzvot.

If one has the means to live in Eretz Yisrael but rejects the opportunity for the wrong reasons? Woe! especially in our generation when getting here is as easy as mounting up on the wings of an eagle. Yet, we don't include living here as one of the 248 positive commandments necessarily. One might call it a supermitzvah in the Torah...especially today when getting here is so easy for most and one gets assistance from the government for a full 7 months to do so!!. Robin: When the ma'arechet collapses, it is a Moshe Feiglin that can take over.

Within the existing ma'arechet, he would have to join with Bennett and Lieberman to overthrow Bibi from within. That is Bennett would lead a revolt with the help of Lieberman, and Feiglin would swing a significant number of seats within Likud toward Bennett.

I don't think that Feiglin can take over Likud from within the ma'arechet as it exists today. Even if Bibi could be overthrown, Danon would likely expect that he is the inheritor as head of Likud. So Feiglin would likely find it difficult to dissuade Danon from his opinion that he is next in line. Feiglin's best bet is if he offers himself as the alternative when the ma'arechet (the existing system) is ready to collapse. Of course that would make him Mashiach, wouldn't it? not saying for sure that he is, but that is how Mashiach takes over.

Yet, his goals by definition are only achievable in Yemot HaMashiach. He has not changed in ten years. More and more people here are simply shifting in his direction.

Oh, and here is an example on how living in Eretz Yisrael is a goal that needs to be achieved and not simply one of 613 mitzvot. same with sovereignty on the Temple Mount. These are the Goals (the Matarot) of a Messianic visionary.

They are just waiting to hear the Prime Minister tell them that the government of Israel finally acknowledges once and for all the death of the foolish Oslo/two-state idea, that the West Bank is annexed, with massive housing projects to begin and that the State gives first priority to protecting it's citizens and that there will be no further negotiations with terrorists - they will be killed without concern for hypocritical world opinion. If the government issued this clarion call to the Jews of the world and said on these assurances "COME HOME NOW!", it would happen.
As a result, the erev rav would leave on their own accord, as they would not want to be living in the Jewish State fulfilling it's true destiny.

Between 1820 and 1880, there were two generations which could have seen a large scale Torah community Aliyah without competition from the Erev Rav. I am not sure that 1 to 1.5 million would come today if the Erev Rav Govt. would fall. It flies in the face of 19th Century history when for two generations very few showed up.

Nope, part of the challenge is to live amidst the qelipot BEFORE those qelipot fall. And yes, agreed, it is excruciatingly unpleasant. I grew up with leftwing Jews in a traumatized environment. If living here were simply another mitzvah, my extenuating circumstances would prohibit me from being here because these popularity seeking leftwing Jews left me with and indelible mark of trauma from early life. For my mental health's sake, I would be patur from this positve "mitzvah". It is the overarching reason for being here at this time in history, that I came and stayed.

The Medina does a few things very well. 1. It in-gathers exiles. 2. It reunited Yerushalayim. 3. For the two reasons above, it accomplished part of the role of Mashiach ben Yosef to ingather exiles and to rebuild the physical infrastructure of Yerushalayim. 4. Is it the Final Redemption? only in the physical aspects of the geulah to build and build and to ingather exiles, over 6 million at this point in time so far.

5. We are still waiting for the spiritual aspects of this Geulah to unfold so that we can leave the spiritual prison of the Erev Rav that was allowed in so many ways to accomplish the above tasks. In this War this summer, the qelipot will seriously disintegrate. No one said it was easy living amongst the qelipot. It has been a challenge for me and my family over the last 11 years, but G-d willing our efforts will pay off. I don't see how this blog worships the State of Israel by mentioning the things that it is good at and realizing its serious spiritual limitations at achieving spiritual goals. It ingathered a lot of dry bones and allowed for people to re-establish their lives here not over there. We are still awaiting the Four Winds, the second nevua in Yechezkel's vision about the Dry Bones whose mechanics will NOT be provided by the physical machinery of the State of Israel. That is painfully obvious. Plus the Lubavitcher Rebbe did not despise Zionists as you portray. He blessed them to do what they did best, to build the Land of Israel to prepare for Mashiach ben David.

Dov, I just had an idea. You keep speaking about birds: the Vulture Peres, obvious non-kosher bird; then Rivlin, Kol HaTor. But did you forget that FEIGLIN is a FEIGELE, a sweet little BIRD? ( Yiddish, from German Vogel, bird: Feigele, Feigelin, an endearing word for a bird. What small bird is beloved? He is the THIRD BIRD in the picture. It does not say what KIND of bird, only that he is a beloved small bird whose name is also MOSHE,- the KING of the Jewish People during the first Redemption. How about putting two and two together? The BELOVED KING BIRD, or the BELOVED BIRD WHO IS ALSO THE KING. Could it be HAYONAH? You figure it out.

Dov, I just read your comment to mine on the bracha being given to the Yishmaelim for a little longer than 1300 to force yidden to do teshuvah. My internal response: Nooooooooooooooooooo.....
My question (which you can already figure out): Uh, Dov, for about HOW much longer?
Perhaps the "little while longer" is for the next 14 1/2 months?

What the anonymous poster wrote above is hotzaat diba al ha-Aretz. In no way, shape or form is the Aretz filled with apokorisim! Oy vey! Please do teshuva just for that alone!
The Land ~is~ filled with Lights of Hashem e v e r y w h e r e. A holy people, souls who do good ALL DAY LONG. Who help each other! Who pray to Hashem faithfully! Who show kindness to all of creation! Who shelter the homeless and feed the hungry! Who love each other unconditionally! Oy Oy to any other vision of the Aretz. The most beautiful place on the planet, where the Shechinah graces each corner in all directions 24/7/365 with holiness. It is a ZECHUT to live in Eretz Yisrael - it is a Marriage. To Love Eretz Yisrael is to love Hashem and to be grateful for this gift - sometimes gifts are given easily and sometimes they are given with trials. And in trying times, Hashem has given us Courage, Faith and Belief to get us through anything that may come. May Hashem continue to bless us throughout all time. Amen.

"The entire 974 generations (Hagiga 14.) which are `Erev Rav which are the souls from the world of chaos, G-d transplants them every generation, and they are the bold-faced of the generation. Our Sages said that in the period of "messiah's footsteps" impudence will become great... and the `erev rav will return to be the shepherds of Israel" - Safra ditz'ni`utha, chapter 1, beginning with the words "They were not watching" (3).

"You should know that there are five kinds of `erev rav. The first kind are argumentative and libelous people; the second kind are those who pursue passion and fornication; the third kind are those who are deceitful, who pretend to be righteous but whose hearts are not whole. The fourth kind are those who pursue honor in order to make a name for themselves; the fifth kind are those who pursue money... and the argumentative kind are the equivalent of all of them: they are called `Amalekim, and the son of Dovid will not come until they have passed out of this world, for it is of them that we recite timche et zekher `Amalek - "You shall erase the memory of Amalek" - Adderet Eliyahu, commentary on Deut. 1:1 (325), his words being based on Zohar 1:25, 27; 3:125: and see the Gaon's commentary on Tikkunei Zohar 97, pp. 86,91.

The Woman's Role in Bringing the Redemption
By Naftali Silberberg

Our sages tell us that "in the merit of the righteous women our ancestors were redeemed from Egypt."1 It was the women who never despaired of G‑d's redemption. In fact, while the men had lost heart and were dejected and had no desire to procreate, not wanting to subject their children to the hardships of slavery, the women were upbeat—confident that a better day was soon to come. They seduced their husbands in the fields, and raised a generation of children who witnessed G‑d's miraculous salvation.2

The souls of the final generation before Moshiach's arrival are reincarnations of the souls of the generation of the ExodusAfter the sea split, both the men and the women sang songs of praise to G‑d. From the Torah's description of the episode it is clear, however, that only the women's song was accompanied by musical instruments. Why? The Midrash explains that the women, while still in Egypt, were so confident that they would be redeemed, that they prepared tambourines for the day when they would sing a song of thanks for their redemption!3

According to the master-kabbalist the Arizal, the souls of the final generation before Moshiach's arrival are reincarnations of the souls of the generation of the Exodus.4 Just as then it was in the merit of the women's faith that the Israelites were redeemed, so, too, it will be in the merit of the righteous women of our generation, and their unwavering belief in the Redemption, that we will be redeemed once again.

Also Atzma'ut meaning Independence as in Yom HaAtzma'ut DOES have a principle root (shoresh) from the word Etzem, meaning bone. An Aleph is added after the word Etzem to slightly alter its intrinsic meaning. So Yom HaAtzma'ut IS the Day of the Dry Bones which excludes the additional prophesy of the Four Winds on that same day. First Yechezkel prophesied on the Dry Bones and then on the Four Winds. So the Founding of the State IS in essence the physical aspects of the Final Redemption absent its spiritual aspects.

Leah: Yes Galut Yishmael at its maximum until the end of the Shmittah year to force us to do teshuvah.

Neshama: Correct, our asinine policy of giving Gaza electricity for free, puts Jewish lives at risk during this operation and allows for Hamas to hide in underground bunkers. That makes our soldiers' job that much harder.

Finally there are two ways of looking at the so-called "reward" for living in Eretz Yisrael to fight the spiritual battles of HaShem against the Erev Rav.

1. According to the Ramban it is one of the 613 mitzvot to live in Eretz Yisrael. It would then be one of the 248 positive commandments.

2. According to the Rambam, the pre-eminent posek of all time with the exception of Moshe Rabbeinu, it is NOT one of the 613 mitzvot, but it enhances all other mitzvot on a foundational level. For one, a full 1/3 of all mitzvot can only be done in Eretz Yisrael. And Secondly, if I pick up a hitchhiker safely in Chu"l whom I don't know, I am doing a chessed for a stranger. Yet, if I pick up a tremper here in E.Y., then not only am I doing a kindness, but I am also helping make someone else's life here in Eretz Yisrael more bearable. This encourages him/ her to stay here during this critical time in history. So one then can receive reward for both the kindness and for helping to bring and keep more people living here in Eretz Yisrael which brings the redemption that much closer.

I walk this Land and I see there is so little involvement in the beautification of it. Instead strewn garbage. This is also in the minds and hearts and words of those who would slander the Land. Why do you speak AGAINST your inheritance? It doesn't MATTER who is in the government - that is just an illusion and in a nano-second can be resolved. The main focus needs to be on what each Jew is doing to enhance our relationship to the Land itself? Are we littering, polluting, treating it with disdain and scoffing? Or are we treating it as a holy Land? What will it be? You tell me.

What does HaShem have specifically against Malaysian planes? not sure. This requires thought. One disappears over the Indian Ocean with or without a trace. The other gets shot down over the eastern Ukraine, due tzafun (tzafon) from Yerushalayaim, and the incident could start WW3.

I know that Malaysia is one of the those countries whose govt. hates Israel reflexively. But there are a lot of those countries in the world. Yet, there are righteous gentiles who live in Malaysia. The Noachide, 10Rainbow, who comments on this blog lives in Malaysia. Anyway, here is some food for thought:

Malaysia: lots of Jew hatred there with so few Jews

HaShem's mastery of this world is now on display. In preparation for the 3rd cup of wine at the Pesach seder, we eat the afikomen which had been hidden by his children from the Ba'al HaBayit. For the last 2000 years we have participated in the custom of juvenile extortion by one's children to get the afikomen back that had been tzafun (hidden). In the midst of the Turtledove War as this operation expands into a ground war with intense worldwide scrutiny and condemnation, a Malaysian plane is shot down due north (tzafon) of Eretz Yisrael over the eastern Ukraine. It deflects the condemnation of humanity and their reflexive hate for the Holy people on G-d's Holy Land. Now HaShem, at the moment that the Vav in His Name is about to be added to the Yud and the Key in or around Tisha b'Av, is giving them something to ponder....so that the Voice of the Turtledove can be heard in our Land.

Got that, the 21st of Adar 5775:

Here is a nice fit from Medrash Sefer Eliyahu:

On the twentieth (day) of Adar, the Messiah will come, and with him will be thirty thousand righteous ones, as scripture attests: ‘Righteousness will be the wrap girdling his loins’ (Isa 11:5). When the nations of the world behold this happening, immediately each one of them will putrefy, both it and its cavalry, as scripture says: ‘and this will be the affliction with which the Lord will strike all the nations, etc.’ (Zech 14:12, 15). At that time the Holy One, blessed be He, will address the nations of the world: ‘Woe to you, o wicked ones, who are (alive) at the cessation of the four world empires! All of you are to be expelled from the world, one wherein one kor of wheat will yield about nine hundred kors, and there will be analogous (fantastic yields) for wine and oil. Every tree will bear choice produce and fruits, as scripture states: “and you, o mountains of Israel, will make your branches yield, etc.” (Ezek 36:8).’ And Israel will eat (these fruits) and rejoice for forty years.

After this the Holy One, blessed be He, will bring up Gog and Magog ‘and all their associates,’ and then all the peoples of the earth will assemble together and surround Jerusalem in order to make war. The Holy One, blessed be He, will come up and do battle with them. The Messiah will arrive, and with his help the Holy One, blessed be He, will wage war on them, as scripture forecasts: ‘then the Lord will go forth and fight with those nations as when He did battle on the day of war’ (Zech 14:3). On that day mountains will quake and hills will shake and walls and towers will collapse. The Holy One, blessed be He, will gather all the birds of the sky and the beasts of the earth to feast on their flesh and to drink their blood, as scripture says: ‘the vultures will spend summer upon them, and all the beasts of the earth will spend winter upon them’ (Isa 18:6). Israel will spend seven years burning their weaponry, as scripture states: ‘then the inhabitants of the cities of Israel will go out and set fire to the weaponry and burn (it) … for seven years’ (Ezek 39:9). It (also) says: ‘The house of Israel will spend seven months burying them in order to purify the land’ (Ezek 39:12).

Louis Sako: Christian families are on their way to Dohuk and Arbil, [in the neighboring autonomous region of Kurdistan]. For the first time in the history of Iraq, Mosul is now empty of Christians. We were shocked by the distribution of a statement by the Islamic State calling on Christians to convert to Islam, or to pay unspecified tribute, or to leave their city and their homes taking only their clothes and no luggage, and that their homes would then belong to the Islamic State.

RT: Mosul lies across the Tigris river from the ancient city of Nineveh, at the heart of Mesopotamia. The events in Mosul is home to the tomb of the prophet Jonah.

They will begin the second phase of concentration camps for the Jews because they are the *carriers* - the world will begin a wave of hatred and every Jew will be in mortal danger. The WHO will begin the linking of the *virus* to Israel and in Israel the camps are already built. To concede to mounting *pressure* from the WHO, Jews will be rounded up and placed in these camps, isolated to die.
